Yes! I love Kipling because of that reason. Having 4 babies took its toll on my body and I have back and knee issues... I love a light bag!

Unfortunately, this is an older bag. I have had it for awhile... you can always look on the buy, sell, trade sites though!

I have been wanting to get Defea for a long time and I finally got one from Kipling website during last year’s thanksgiving sale. The bag arrived pretty fast, but it doesn’t have key leash. I contacted customer service and they kept saying they would email a free shipping label to me to make exchange, but the label never show up. After talking to three different staff, the last lady told me many customers were getting bags without key leash recently, she has been handling the same issue for days (the other two staff didn’t mention it). She said Deafa was sold out at the moment and I could either return the bag and get full refund, meaning she will create a new shipping label for me to send the bag back (mind you at this point I haven’t gotten the first shipping label they said they would send me) , or I keep the bag and she refunds 15% of the price to me for the trouble I’ve been through. I have wasted days waiting for shipping labels and I really didn’t want to wait anymore, so I chose to keep the bag and get the 15% refund. The refund did go through as she promised, so it’s happy ending. But the whole experience made me not want to shop at Kipling website anymore. It’s very frustrating to keep explaining my issue to different staff! Later on I found someone complaining about her Defea not having key leash in the review section.Looking at the posting date, this girl and I must have purchased the bag around the same time. So I guess you get what you pay. If you pay sale price, be ready for not having key leash!

Oh my gosh… I do still love it! I will have to check and see if I have the tags. I didn’t start to keep all the tags from my bags until a few years ago.
