I’ve noticed when u play a stock tank with heat u tend to play vs Russia a lot. Sense they have era that only works vs heat

Stock grinds easier if you ambush instead of taking headons with every tank

I was excited to grind for them till I saw the cheeks are so week any tank can go through them. Even though I’m real life those cheeks are where the abrams best armor is

This is what I did lol. Didn't GE it, took like 30 games. Absolutely awful. I couldn't even repair important modules, needed a cap to do that. I don't even remember the Leo 2's being this bad, apart from the 2A6, which took me over a year to get DM33 cuz I kept getting fed up and just playing the spaded 2A5 or spaded 2PL instead.

Tbh actually I'm on the last mod before spading the M1A1 right now (just need ESS) and it's not that terrible of a grind because after you get parts you can just go directly for the APFSDS right away in the mod 1 tier.

Honestly I just went straight for the APFSDS mod because the shorter that HEAT grind is the better. It took several games but I got the APFSDS round, then the first game with that round I ended up getting parts and fpe fully researched because I was finally able to get kills.

I gave up... got the entire usa tech tree almost but stopped playing after the mbt70 and m3a3 bradley. The abrams tanks with heat just suck all the fun out of the game for me and Ive only gotten like 1 variant up to parts and fpe plus apfsds. I am a f2p player as well so you need like 20 games just to unlock parts fpe and the first apfsds round.
