Louis has a Doncaster accent, and his accent shines through his singing more than the other lads. It really shouldn’t make a difference in how you rate him, but originally it will make someone’s voice higher pitched and more unique. Sorry if that didn’t make sense lol

In the group, Louis’s voice was like adding fresh lemon to anything: it enhances and makes it fresher and cleaner and unique. On his own, his voice is golden lemon honey and his lyrics are strong and beautiful and he does incorporate that punk style in his work. His voice to me is really really beautiful and one of a kind.

I think it's really important to point out that Louis wrote 80% of one direction songs. He also carries the chorus in every single song. Also his solo music is fantastic, Out of all the boys in one direction I want to say his album Walls might be my favorite.

Louis really never got to shine the way he can now. His work and writing with 1D will always be amazing, but when I listen to his solo music I hear how much we missed, but how much we have to look forward to. Tbvh I have always described louis' voice as strong, like it's so unique it's strong. His voice literally gives an impact and like power to the song. There was this video where he lost his mic on a live concert so the rest of the boys were singing and it just kinda sounded so dull (even tho they were singing like an upbeat song) and then he found his mic and started singing and boom, it just became so energetic and powerful idk how to describe it, that's what his voice gives to the songs, I love all of them, they all sing fucking angelic but louis' voice just gives that last point of perfection needed and all 5 of them combined makes oneD so fucking perfect. Liam also said once that louis' part were almost the toughest to sing and I believe it was because louis has got that unique voice, it might not fit everywhere but where it does, it just makes it the most angelic thing ever.
