-No Grenades thrown or Rocket Launchers used (Ok to equip them for faster speed)
-Striker is allowed for Ditman glitch (Fast running), but can't shoot with it

I would like to think that your run on this is how Leon did all this canonically since in his story his cutscenes always show him only with the handgun as his weapon they show in separate ways him using the handgun, the riot gun the TMP and the rocket launcher for Saddler and I’m sure he used the first shotgun since Ada found it on the wall in the first chapter, and says she’ll leave it for Leon to take, and you also hear broken butterfly sounds from Leon when you fight krauser as Ada

Those anyone have real number of criticsl headshoot of regular handgun, Red9, and handgun after excluisive ? I mean it increase *5, but it doesnt tell us the propre odds to do so.

It's 10 % sure for handgun, and it's probabibly the same for all pistols. Criticial hit increase dommage with a 10 multiplier. Handgun has so 50 % to land a 20 fire shot if the head is hit.
Moreover, WHILE you holding handgun, knife and melee attack (as well as thoses "leave me alone" defensive animations) had also a 50 % increase of crit (for the kick, it goes from 0.5 to 2.5 %). You will notice that a lot more head ecplode with leon's kick while you'r holding the handgun.
