This video contains gameplay from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for the Nintendo Switch in HD. Today I take on the great plateau challenge, but in TotK. This challenge was originated by Austin John Plays and involves having to beat every single enemy on the great plateau, before getting the paraglider. However, this time I'm doing it in Tears of the Kingdom! Can I defeat every enemy on the great sky island, including the boss construct? Time to channel my inner TotK speedrunner. Will it be easy or will it be hard? Will I win or will I fail? Find out by watching! These are some of the best and most funny moments I had. Hope you enjoy!

Going straight to Ganon in this game is a completely different thing, but it’s a spoiler so I’m not gonna say anything.

Hey. Dont forget to learn how to link plank launch. The steps to plank launching are as follows:
Step 1: aquire two long planks and a spear
Step 2: fuse one plank with spear
Step 3: set other plank on flat ground
Step 4: throw spear with plank at the other plank to the side
Step 5: instantly catch thrown spear with rewind and switch to ultrahand and fuse the spear to the plank on the floor.
Step 6: stand on plank and rewind the spear. You will be launched skyward at about orbital escape velocity

I'm so exited that totk finally came out. I honestly had a really hard time completing the great sky island because I thought that I could complete the shrines in any order like botw and then I realized that I had to complete them going up and had no problem.
oh no lol yeah the sky island is definitely more linear than the great plateau. kinda have a set way to complete it
Flux Constructs can be taken apart with ultrahand. If you take the block that can be hit off it completely falls apart and it’s hilarious watching the Flux Construct do it’s same attacks without going closer to Link when it’s arms aren’t long enough to reach
Oh yeah I saw a clip of that on Twitter! I this was my first time seeing these guys so I had no clue the best way to defeat him

16:22 I figured out the clock without even seeing the gate open when each hand was at the same point, but it took me forever to figure out that I had to use ascend to get up to the shrine in the first place.

For the masses and for MrNiceguy:
When you go straight to Ganondorf, you’ll be spoiling yourself on the very emotional story.
I would suggest beating the game with all the main quests completed before doing that (so do a normal playthrough first) , as not having them done can ruin the game for a person.
It is not a must, but it will improve your experience with the game.
For MrNiceguy:
If, however, you continue on this path, I suggest you should edit out the ending of the game, if you do beat Ganondorf. The ending spoils a major plot point that I’m sure the viewers who haven’t finished the game won’t want to see.
I mean no offense to anyone in any way, if you take it that way.
im definitely gonna go straight to ganon. I did it in BotW and it became my most viewed video on my channel so it's a must that I do it again. I'm not too worried about seeing spoilers but I could just skip cutscenes maybe? Unless they are unskippable like the one at the start of the game rip lol Also maybe I could just edit the cutscenes out of the video and put them in a later video of mine. But then again, if someone is watching a straight to ganon video, they should probably expect to see spoilers

I had a feeling you’d be able to snag that flux construct first try, what I didn’t expect was you pulling it off before you realized the ultra hand method. The flux constructs are weird man, I swear they label em 1,2, & 3 but I’ve beaten a 3 before with relative ease (no deaths) but some random level 2 ones I’ve died 5+ times to em. It might be a location thing, the ones I’ve struggled with had a theme that I think they were mostly all depths flux constructs. So maybe a depths flux 2 is harder than a sky flux 3 in some capacity 🤷♂️
Interesting. This is the only one I ever fought so far and I definitely didn't even think about using any of my abilities because I'm so used to botw lol

yeah it was a little anticlimactic lol but it also helps that I have lots of BotW experience to make things easier
Awesome Boss but it's stun phase lasts far too long to be a real threat. High intimidation factor though & it can indeed 1 shot you.
