few years ago when i was still trying hard in ranked i used a soundboard with EE's voice and other memes, it was such happy moments for me. thank you EE, for all the stupid ass things you do even in TI match, like turn off armlet and die to neutral, it's entertaining. hope to see EE back to pro just to be a clown again

As generally disliked and memed as he is, we do have to give EE credit as the guy who revolutionized how we played Dota. He was the one who standardized stacking standard jungle camps for farming for reasons other than stack pulling and ancients catch up farming for Offlaners. He was strategically well ahead of the curve when he entered the scene. I remember back during TI2/3 (forget which)people thought PoTM bottom (later became C9) would have won that TI if they hadn’t been created just too late to compete in the open qualifiers. They knocked Navi out of one of the larger tournaments at the time a month before TI and had been scrimmaging with Chinese teams at a time where the average Chinese team was a lot better than the rest of the world (only Navi and Alliance really held a candle to them until TI4).

@@vaskostanchev9600 he doesnt mean just stacking, pulling the enemy creeps behind their tower and farm it on small camp or big camp for farming efficiency. EE does this a lot and people start calling the play EEficiency for sometime
@@vaskostanchev9600 he is on some serious bullshit. saying ee's team would have won TI when Navi and Alliance were leagues ahead of other teams (each team went and destroyed Chinese teams in separate tournaments just before TI and were versus each other in the grand finals of almost every tourney in 2013 and 2nd half of 2014). EE has never been close to winning any TI lmao. 71 upvotes just cause he sounds like he knows what he's talking about when he's on some major shit
@@billiesugandha nah players were doing that in HoN too. Look to Zai, khezu. To be fair ee was a hon player too. It just sucks that HoN pros influence on Dota as a whole goes largely uncredited

I remember seeing EternalEnvy in the MMR leaderboards before I knew who envy was and thought "this must be such a cool guy". He's had great games but also bad ones that are so iconic. He's one of the Dota players of all time, that's for sure.
