I heard about the meme of Albedo posing as 3rd Dawn Winery maid but I couldn't believe it, so I tried it. AND IT WORKED. I was literally standing there for the whole match w/o any disguise and the hunter run pass me three times 🤣

I had one round where I carried, one round where I found every rebel in the first minute or so and two rounds where I miserably lost.

Pro tip from a wintrace veteran for those who are interested: When you are hiding always try to have at least two hidding spots. First go to the higher one so you can easily go to the lower hideout with transparency (at least that works for me) if the hunter starts climbing to get you ^^
The seelie one is so true! I was the hunter in Ritou, and was wondering if anyone was up that giant tree. I saw a purple seelie and found Yun Jin up there. LMAO
I was the hunter in the Liyue ruins and spotted a purple seelie and captured a Kazuha up there
I'm the one who hides in bushes/trees/on the walls like some sort of weird spiderman XD Xiao and Sucrose are excellent for tree/bush hiding
is it because they're both green?

Gorou is alsp perfect for trees. Every time I hid in a tree with Gorou I never got caught
As well as kazuha
Nah I use Sucrose to hide in the waterfall and once they use the chance I either run or stay there
ok but this event terrifies me, I've only ever played one round, embarrassed myself horribly and my social anxiety kicked in and I shut genshin without thinking, and then found out a day later that it ends the game for everyone and realized that I looked like an asshole and felt even worse and even more judged
I'm sorry that you have that experience and you feel super bad about it. Please know that it's an honest mistake and you're trying your best! Everyone can play the game however they want. I get anxious whenever I join a match so I try to have fun doing whatever dumb thing I end up doing. I know that it might not be the same for you too. But hopefully you'll feel comfortable enough to try this event whenever you'd like!
THAT USED TO BE ME!! I didnt play windtrace the first time bc I was terrified!! But listen here, in my experience people really don't talk much (maybe bc I play on ps and we can't type that quick) and I haven't encountered any rude people either! I'm not the best at being the hunter but some people would encourage me. It was very sweet of them. And then there was this time when a rebel sided with the hunter and they were all flirty and stuff and I felt angry BUT ANYWAY it's incredibly fun. I hope you get over your fear 🥺 You will feel so free.

@@yeollierancher well there's still some jerks around for this one since I had one that I was matched against and I feel bad for hunters especially those who aren't great at finding people since they're only by themselves and don't have a partner, mihoyo needs to put 2 hunters instead of 1 so there's less burden on the hunter's side
I love being the “catch me if you can” as Itto, because his dash voiceline is literally “can’t catch me”. 😁 But you nailed it so much with the “played 1000 hours of Windtrace because nothing to do at high AR”. I played so much that I know all the shortcuts and just have fun messing with the hunter.
I'm the one who stand at the limit of the map or in a corner, or on top of a building thinking they can't get caught but still gets caught anyway 😭
I had one insane round that I want to share. I was hiding between a wall and some stairs as a barrel cause it was the perfect height and I was right on the edge of the map so they walked by me countless times for most of it. No one had been found by the time the favor dropped, but I thought "Well even if I get caught, my teammates will be safe from the hunter's favor" so I ran out right in front of him and grabbed the favor and dashed away. He followed me for about a minute before I climbed over a wall and was able to hide as a barrel with some other ones that he already tried to capture so he overlooked me. No one ended up being captured. I'd like to think I saved my teammates by grabbing the favor, and even if I got captured the hunter wouldn't know where the others were so they'd be safe
I'm the one with the slowest internet where I haven't even loaded yet and i'm already caught
Omg this me. And one time I didn't even have my rebel skill when i finally entered (i was able to use my xiao skill and do NAs) and the hunter couldn't capture me even if i'm in their capture range so i ended up winning with a 'half asleep' achievement lmao. Dunno if that's my internet or just me
@@antsaremymortalenemies7204 Lol that happened to me to where I hade decent internet but still bad and loaded in without the rebel skills and could still use my elemental skill and burst. The hunter was so confused they couldn't catch me and won the round without using a disguise
i love baiting the hunter and have them chase me just for me to go invisible and see them run around trying to find where i actually went 😂
I got dupe by that but it's really funny when we do it... The confused look is absolute bliss

I’m the type of person who would dance in front of the hunter and the hunter would dance with me, and then we just start Viking while the whole team just sit at their hiding spots
a diluc main caught all the rebels in dawn winery in one game.. yeah....
For some reason whenever someone uses Itto as the hunter it makes them lose braincells. I had an Itto run past me like three times without even checking if there was a rebel there.

i love this event, there was this one person using kaeya and they didn’t even hide, they even told me to catch them ugh

There this on spot at Ayaka's house that I always go to. It's highly risky cause there's no escape root, but so far nobody has taken a look there, and I haven't seen it in anyone's video... Now I'm waiting to congratulate the first person to find me there. haha!
Edit: A hunter did eventually see me with their favour, but they couldn't figure out how to climb in lol

I won't give it away exactly so I'll give a hint.
I call the spot the tiny A-Frame house.
It's pretty cramp to crawl into but any character can fit inside nice and snug.

I also like to go in without a disguise, I find it more fun to try to hide that way, except sometimes my character will start speaking and blow my cover. Thanks, Fischl.
@@elbowssimon7407 Attach the character to the wall. You may be only able to look out the "window" afterwards, but your character will keep quiet.

i'm all in a nutshell-
Been on mondstadt forest (with waterfall) area thrice, lost twice as rebel because i think its the simplest area for hunter. But, the third attempt i've been there, we won as rebel, and the one who bring the victory is me. So proud of this super nonsense achievement of mine haha

I see that people are sharing their funny moments so i'm gonna share mine aswell.
So i was hunting as qiqi and an albedo asked me to not catch him (btw i couldn't use chat only the emotes in genshin) so i used the OK symbol and..i saw him at the winery. I didn't actually catch him,then i found the other 2 rebels when i started ACTUALLY playing.
*And that same albedo won the game,i can't imagine how happy he was when that match happened.*
when me and my friend play windtrace together if its dawn winery the hunter is diluc and the rebel is diona. kamisato estate? ayaka is the hunter and sayu is the rebel. kojou encampment? the hunter is kojou sara and the rebel is gorou.

Will the other players still get the coins even if the hunter quitted? Cause i rage quitted earlier and regretted it afterwards. Im so sorry to those that i played with.

@@shrishtis440 can confirm this. I was in a game that ended before it even started because the hunter had really bad connection and as soon as they were “released” me and the other two rebels got kicked out
Oh hey! This happened to me on the Dawn Winery map. No one was caught, and I was feeling good to have cleared the achievements as a rebel. 20 seconds left, and I see the the hunter stop moving. Then all of us are kicked out. No coins or achievements 🤠

I instantly finished wind trace in just two rounds but i spend half of my day in it

There was this one round where I was disguised as a scarecrow (in Qingce village) next to 2 actual scarecrows and the hunter walked past me after using their capture skill. It was super close but they didn’t manage to capture my disguise and so the hunter just kept running in different directions without coming back 🤣 then I tried to snatch the favour but didn’t realise the hunter was on his way and I was still in the disguise. Quickly ran away in my scarecrow form and somehow the hunter just magically missed it! It was quite funny and I was just laughing the entire time at how lucky I was hahaha

Sadly the other day I had a rage quitter too
Only used disguise once for mora prize. The amount of times I hid in plain sight as brightest, most standing out characters makes me laugh. Favorite spot? Behind structure tall enough to obstruct my character's height, like those boxes in Inazuma port or rock on Kamisato estate
But my FAVORITE moment is in Mondstat forest. I walked on cliff right above where hunter spawns, sat there for a little, went invisible cuz Venti found me, hid behind tree trunk, circled it while walking (poor Venti was confused) and later SNATCHED favor right in front of him, used it and RAN towards waterfall. LEAP OF FATE into it, used invis when walking out and hid behind the same tree trunk as before. Won as the only Rebel while being chased twice.

At Dawn Winery I was the hunter so I changed into Diluc and chased everyone around as him. Lmao I somehow was able to win the game.

there's a map which has a random hole in it, and without fail there is always someone in that hole. sometimes all 3 will be having a party in there

I haven't played much windtrace but I like watching people play it. I'm happy here with my popcorn chilling than panicking for what it feels like eternity trying to run away from the hunter 😂

LMAO i have this policy for myself to not use disguise at all and what i do is i just stand out in the open pretending to talk with npcs (chars like babra, albedo (sad i dont have him) yunjin? didnt work for me- or noelle work at dawn winery (i personally like to use noelle lol) then i use sara as if im talking to the soilders and then i use xingqiu/bennett for that flower terrace (sorry i forgot the name) and stand near the npcs at the gate and it cracks me up like now NO ONE finds me when im right in front of them XDD u guys should try it out its fun and as for places which dont have npcs at all i just climb up a high off wall and blend out in the nature (i use yanfei/sayu) :>

One of my funniest games was on the Starfell Valley map. I climbed the cliff behind the hunter's starting position. I got so high I could see over the barrier around the hunter. I could see almost the entire map, and I could be seen from nearly anywhere, I had no concealment. All the hunter had to do was look up. He never did.
I'm the type that hides on top of trees most of the time. But sometimes, I pretend to be a NPC by sitting on a chair or bench but I fail most of the time.

Ok so there was this one time the hunter fell on my head and kept searching while I had no disguise, that was the funniest sht I have ever seen honestly
i had a yoimiya hiding in the window of the liyue ruins and caught her in the last twenty seconds, we all got distracted and were talking because two games before i was in a match with two people cheating, one was the hunter, other was the rebel. so they listened to me bitch about it then we talked about our days lol

Wind trace has cursed my server, one time I was playing windtrace and the whole map glitched, then I was kicked out of the player's server but there’s one hunter I’m my world in kojou encampment. I couldn’t kick the player out, nor am I allowed to close the co-op, when I reset the game, *the player is still there*

One time, I just randomly ran to the hunter when the hunter was in that blue cage waiting to be released, and guess what? The hunter didn’t even bother to capture me and was just finding other rebels instead, lol
idk why but every player i play with has a selie and when i became a hunter i always win bec of the selie

One time when I was hunter, I saw a diona running around and then transform into a stone lantern. All they said in chat was "plz" so I said okay. I went to go find the others, but it made me feel like a good person.
I was at Kujou encampment map and literally the dumbest thing I did was use the disguise and go in front of those training npcs?? The disguise was a training dummy and it had arrow shots...The npcs had spears/ polearm???
I'm forced to be the low graphics player because my game crashes all the time even with lowest graphics. At Dawn Winery I always hide as a lamp over the back door and never get caught there. I live this game, I wish it could be permanent.

So I was playing as a rebel and the hunter saw me by using the trait, I panicked so bad instead of running normally I was running climbing falling in the same place, I think I confused the hunter to the point they actually thought I ran away so they went to chase me but I was just standing in the same spot lol

How are all of you guys getting these extra maps? All I've gotten are the woods and winery after hours of play
You have to do main quests in order to unlock more maps. The maps people have relate to how much of the world they have
