Mike Collins cheers for the comment👍🏼. Need to add some volume reducers to the shock. Fork is 👌🏼 now. Will see how it goes in Wales over the next three weeks.
Man, it nearly wiped me out last weekend at Bike Park Wales on AC/DC!!! We made friends again today at Afan on the Blade Trail (meh) and on some of the Mast Trails opposite (right up my street).
Tobi Heiss thanks 🙏 The trails are at Hamsterley Forest in the North of England. The group who carry out the building do a great job. Danny Hart has his bike park at the same spot which offers more challenging trails.
Really like the bike. It’s definitely enduro rather than trail. I guess it comes down to the sort of places you ride. A drawback I do get sometimes is the steerer has a block stop which can limit the turning circle on really tight stuff, might have been better with an L rather than XL on some of the trails I like.
@@eckythump6429 looking at the geo I think I might go for a small size. Run the flip chip in high mode and that might add some pop to it. I run an S on a stumpjumper and an enduro. Its either this or fork out for the levo but at 6k it's crazy money for the spec
Matt X I run mine in the high setting now. Started off in low but found the wheel & bars would flop about on climbs. I’d only consider low for really steep spots like Innerleithen. The Specialized Brose motor is a real powerhouse on the climbs, I’m not keen on the power delivery elsewhere. Trail mode on the Shimano is really good and is where mine is set 95% of the time.
Matt X the Brose motor has more torque. 90nm vs 70nm. Shimano motor responds better to higher pedal cadence, Brose has more grunt to grind up at slower pedalling speed.
Great job 🤘🏼
JD Rides cheers fella.
‘Enjoy ya rides’!!🤙🏼
Very nice !! Looks like you have the Decoy suspension running great. Enjoyed the video.

I’ve got a Decoy Pro Race and love it
Richard Norwood awsome isn’t it👍🏼
Bike Park Wales on it tomorrow afternoon 🤙🏼
Hi Ecky what size to u ride...?
stef 15 I’m 6’1” and have an XL.
Which version of the decoy is it and what size/ height are you? Thanks
Justin T it’s a Pro Race in XL and I’m 6’1”/185cm. It is very comparable to my large Evil Wreckoning if that helps👍🏼
Eckythump Great, thanks. I am 6’2” and am thinking of going for the XXL. Currently have an XL Canyon.
Justin T I was worried I’d be stretched out after ordering the XL. It didn’t turn out to be an issue with the steeper seat tube.
Eckythump thanks
cracking video, trails look really nice there. Hows the new bike treating you?

@@eckythump6429 you certainly get about 😂 how do you mount the ebike to your helicopter 😉
Jonathan Clansey underslung in a net!
I work on rotation in South Wales and am making the most of it👍🏼
Great Video ! Trails in the first two minutes look great- where is it?
Tobi Heiss thanks 🙏

How do you like this bike? Im considering the Race or Pro now its reduced.

@@eckythump6429 how does this compare to the levo or Kenevo with the brose?
