- The Qatar Balloon Festival 2019 is happening from Dec 07 (Saturday) to Dec 18, 2019.
More than 30 hot air balloons , gathered from all around the world, are set to adorn the Doha skies. Head on over to Aspire park, bring your family and friends, and enjoy the spectacular show!
Activities start at 2pm, with balloons tethering until late afternoon. And at around 5:30 PM, the balloon festival officially opens. A nightglow follows after, with the hot air balloons inflated, the flames of which are in sync with music. This is surely one of the most beautiful sights one can see!
Could not make it to the opening? Don’t fret.. The festival will run for 12 days, and will continue until the Qatar National Day on December 18.

The first ever Qatar Balloon Festival, which runs from Dec 07 to Dec 18, has been scheduled to coincide with three other major events in the country.
First, the Gulf Cup from November 26 to December 8
Second, the FIFA Club World cup from Dec 11 to 22.
And last, but most important of all, the Qatar National Day on Dec 18.

Balloon ride bookings can be done through the asfary website or (balloonbooking.asfary.com)
PRICES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1499 QAR per person for a weekend flight
999 QAR per person for a weekday flight
And they have a group package of 6000 QAR for a maximum of 6persons.
