It's always really cool to see how different people use these bags. I'm based in the UK now and got it because PB designed it as a Gas Servicing bag for gas/heating engineers and it has been perfect for that. I have a bunch of Veto bags, mainly TP-XL/XXL and they're good but at times I find they don't quite fit the tools we tend to use in the UK but each year Veto and Velocity bags seem to get better and better.
1:28 It is likely for wire pass-through like a battery back up or headphones. Companies can't say that's what it's for because, believe or not, it's patented.
I mean, of course there’s a comparison between the two since Velocity pretty much ripped off Veto’s style. I have a couple Velocity bags and they just seem like cheaper versions of the Veto bags. They’re awesome and are definitely better for you if you like the specific pocket setups
I think the center bucket is the best part for separating hand tools from drills/impacts. I hate how my Milwaukee backpack wont stand up but falls over and its is a major pia to load/unload hand tools and drills and stuff.
Issues I see with this/these bags compared to veto bags: 1: 2 year less of a warranty. That tells me they don’t think they’re as good as veto. 2. I’ve seen numerous videos about these bags and most guys say the back back straps suck. The ring to clip into the bottom straps doesn’t even close, it falls out when guys try to put it on their back, so you’d have to ad carabiner, which is still that a bag comes needing modification, the upper straps also aren’t nearly as well supposrtex as the veto bags. 3. They rip veto off. Veto comes out with the blackout bags, they come out with the “stealth” veto says honestly “made in china” velocity says “made in the Far East” lol not very forthright with their customers. 4. Lack of neoprene pockets…those stretchy pockets are useful. 5. When you say “veto wastes space on their front panels, that depends on the bag you get, all their wheelers and pack acts and blackout bags have pockets on them. And that “vent hole” is for cables. It’s hard to take a reviewer serious when he doesn’t even know what stuff in the bag is used for. Not trying to be a sick but don’t trash veto just cause you prefer these cheaper bags. Just say you prefer these bags. You do t have to diss another company. You’re the only guy online saying this. You look foolish to me. But hey 🤷♂️ do you. You know better than everyone else. Even guy in the Im use veto. That says a lot.
I'm a Veto guy but I have to say those bags look well made from good materials. 👍 Not sure but I haven't seen any vendors or distributors in the USA to make a purchase.
I've heard a ton about these bags before. There are some cool ideas, but opening it is too much work, at least it looks that way. And I hate those small thin pockets (and they put a massive one on here, SMH), just like the Veto bags. I can't even fit my hands in there; completely useless. Interesting bag, but Veto Pro Pac is where it's at for me, sorry this isn't better.
The brand of bag you chose is always going to be dictated by the way YOU work and what you personally carry. Velocity quality has finally come up to and like you say past in some cases veto standards and they're now a serious contender! I cant find a velocity with the right layout for my tools and workflow. For example the lack of at least 2 tape clips is a deal breaker for me. But I know people who hate tape clips, who I've seen take them off bags haha! I know sparkles who can't find a veto they like and who buy klein and so on. Its just a great feeling when you find that right bag that just works for you. Must say I love the cable bung vent hole on that bag. I can think of loads of ways that would be useful.
Hi acott so i agree velocity bags are very well designed. I have had veto and velocity and klein so I hope you agree i can comment. Im guessing youve not had a veto back pack as their flaps are not wasted space. I dont agree velocity are better quality, tes they are cheaper. But there are little details you see on the veto that are better. Example i cant see those little fid locka taking much weight on the back pack straps. Also things like on the veto you get metal adjusters on the straps so they dont break and they use 1800d nylon thats a higher grade than any other bag. Everyrhing on a veto has rediculously strong rivets. If you pay attention to the small details, and im not on about design the veto is a better built bag technically with a better warrunty. Thats not to impune velocity they are very very nice bags. But I think you can fairly say you prefer it to the veto rather than its better because if look at it in a game if top trumps its not the veto would win on specs
I like the look of that bag so much! I have about 5 veto's. I like them all but I can't seem to settle into the perfect service bag. How much was shipping since it's international. Where in Ohio you at? I work out of Sandusky but I used to live in Wildwood NJ

Sorry Man, I can’t. I just donated my Velocity Rogue 6.0 to a guy who had all his tools stolen. That leaves me with only 1 spare bag, which is the Veto.
@@scottstoolthoughts3190 Okay, i missed the center slot = nice thought:) Now if Velocity would make the Veto XXL-F in high visibility :) Maybe call it the Velocity Storm Trooper!
That "vent" is so you can bring cable either in or out if you like to reload something inside bag or keep battery bank inside the bag.
Thanks! I realized that AFTER I posted the video! 🤣
@@scottstoolthoughts3190 Remember that from watching PB plumber's video. He designed that bag for Velocity. Chears from Finland. Nice video Scott.
Thank You, My Friend!

Tape measures fit great on the big D rings

It's not a breather, it's for a battery pack for phone, cable goes through that hole

Do you work for Veto or something you sad little man
The vent/port is for hydration bladders or charging cords or something of that nature.
It’s a cable pass through so you can have a battery bank inside and charge your phone outside or charge your drill battery inside
I would love to see thus next to the Veto MCT for size comparison.
Nice grab sir! Keep the videos coming!

Those back pack straps can attach to those side d hookups
I currently own 2 veto xl bags and I wish I knew about these bags before I purchased them a few years ago.
Nice bag …..the only thing is lagging is wheels 😊
Should have come with wheels and extendable handle cause I know when this bag is full, it will be heavy as hell

Damn 43lbs. I don't know how my back will handle all that.
I noticed it has a back pack option and was wondering how it is? Looks like an awesome bag with a great open center for drills and testers.
