I may not be a UK fan, but I was still there ;-) We actually had 3.5 Live premiere, the half was for the The One English version. The version probably performed the most times of the song.
Great reaction. Quite possibly my favourite of all Su-metal's solos (I like the song itself more and the bass solo tips it over 'Akatsuki' for me), but there is so little between them, each one is great. Also this is still my favourite performance of 'Amore'. It looks like your questions have been answered, just a couple of extra bits of info - the choreo Su does in her solos is probably mostly her own improvisation. Their choreographer has said that she has never seen anybody like Su and how she dances to the music, she doesn't count the beat, and how it is the music that moves her so she doesn't necessarily know or remember what she has done. As well as the 4 official Su-metal solos (and 4 Black BABYMETAL songs from Yui and Moa giving Su a break) Su has also sung two or three cover songs as solos - mostly these would happen at birthday shows and were one-off performances.
Nice reaction. Babymetal has some songs where those drums go 100 miles per hour. Lucky for them they never played those songs back-to-back. On the last tour Babymetal had to use a Kamiband East and Kamiband West. If they used them all again, they could do those songs back-to-back with the drummers taking turns. Moa has said that when Su sings it's like an angel came down. They put that to the staging here. She started the song at the top of the stage rigging with angel wings. Which also happens to be her contribution to the Babymetal logo. It's Babymetal they like to make connections to things. The Kawaii angels of metal indeed.
Steve.. They haven't played this song since 2017 (Fox Festivals) and the West Band never did Su solo songs such as Amore, Akatsuki, or No Rain No Rainbow.
@@radioraffa I know kamiband West never did. The point was if they play together again they could. Also Su did No Rain No Rainbow for the 10 years of Babymetal at the Budokan. All things are possible through Babymetal as Su would say.
@@stevechevy3382 I said they have not played Amore since 2017. The same was for No Rain No Rainbow until it was done in 21 at Budokan. Akatsuki was done a couple of times in 18 and at Budokan too. They have not used West since Metal Galaxy January 2020. They never switched back and forth. The only exception was them playing one full show and the East playing the other at Metal Galaxy January 2020. At the end of both shows the close out song was play by both bands together. They also had all the Avengers present for this grand finale show. After this, it has only been the East band and the same 4 members (Takayoshi, Isao, Boh, and Hideki) all the way up until the end of Budokan 2021.

I wonder what level of skills are required for instrumentalists and singer to perform this song. If I had not known BABYMETAL at all and someone had told me this was an image created by computer graphic, I might have believed it. I guess no one or only few people ever thought that the BOH's solo part could be played by bass guitar, to begin with. (Should be keyboard in normal case?) I see it like a huge battle between crazy technical and fast instrumentals and Su's flawless vocals and overall performance. And yes, I really love that little bass solo... it's freaking awesome! The wings are SU-METAL's symbol. In BABYMETAL's logo you can find: Moa's hearts, Yui's skull and Su's wings. The wings can be related to a part from the lyrics when she sees the Earth from the outer space, but it's not clear the whole meaning. Really happy when I noticed you'd covered one of my Babymetal favourites. It has to be said that during the big shows, all the girls need a break - in this case Moa and Yui were resting while Su would perform either 'Rondo of Nightmare' , 'Amore' , 'No Rain no Rainbow' and 'Akatsuki'. Su gets a rest when Moa and Yui do their thing! What I like about 'Amore' is that it has a very good melody and you would think the rapid and urgent pace of the song with lots of double kick, just wouldn't suit such a song - but once again they defy the norm! I hope you know what I'm trying to say - maybe I could explain it better if , eg. You took away drums, all guitars etc and just had her singing the tune accompanied by a piano, I personally think it would work very well as a slow chilled number. Don't know if you agree?! Writing too much again 🙄 Take it easy 😀

The band name you were looking for is Dragonforce :). Hermann Li actually collaborated for the guitar arrangements for “Road of Resistance”. This is one of 4 solo songs Su has. The same way Moa and Yui have 4 songs without Su (they are calling themselves Black Babymetal for those). This is a beautiful speed/power metal song and Hideki on the drums can go full speed (there are a few more songs with the same if not higher speed tho). Boh on the bass showing off in that incredible solo in the middle which is always a treat. And not to forget Mikio (RIP) and Ohmura on the guitars harmonising like not others. Kitsune up!

The band name you were looking for is Dragonforce :). Hermann Li actually collaborated for the guitar arrangements for “Road of Resistance”. This is one of 4 solo songs Su has. The same way Moa and Yui have 4 songs without Su (they are calling themselves Black Babymetal for those). This is a beautiful speed/power metal song and Hideki on the drums can go full speed (there are a few more songs with the same if not higher speed tho).
