You forget your measuring tape use a part of the rod handle with legal size markings and be precise on your markings, i do use mine to prevent from keeping the catch out of water too long. Peace.

I got to meet and fish with , Jim Hutchinson super nice guy!!! met him last November a week or 2 after Thanksgiving in Ocean County ... 15-25 guys in the freezing cold standing person to person " Blasting Bass" !!! THROW your lure 10-35ft off the beach , reel it in and 5 feet from dry sand your pole bends and your reel screams 👐 . This is what fishermen dream of .

I was at manasquan when the striper were running and it had to be the best fishing action I have seen in my life.

It’s 30lb braided line with a 30lb floro leader, barrel swivel, TA clip. Nothing fancy here! Same as most everyone uses.
