I love the front bottoms so much because it sounds like a guy was having a breakdown and wrote all of his thoughts down, made the words rhyme later on, and then sang it

It started because I was going through a really bad depressive episode and didn't want to talk. She told me "you used to be so much fun to hang out with" and it really sucks that I lost someone I thought was my friend because she didn't like the fact that I was struggling and that made me different than I used to be
It's alright mate, if someone left you because you became different and couldn't help it, that's their problem and even if it might not feel like it your life probably is better without them

The Front Bottoms and AJJ makes me wanna make music because it shows you don’t have to be this amazingly talented show stopping singer to make music. no hate to their voice obviously, but it’s so inspiring to listen to music with a crackly imperfect voice.
