To me that was a pretty good deal. Paid 300 bucks and got about 300 in future gift card credit to buy the Pixel 10 next year haha with a trade in probably making it free. So I'm ok.

I get everyone wants AI, but these things with these pictures where you can put yourself somewhere where you weren’t or add something that’s too much. I get AI and some of the benefits, but some of the stuff is just downright unnecessary. I don’t wanna take a picture and then later at the river behind it just go to the river. Everything is starting to become fake now or should I say AI which really is fake
How's that different from what people are doing on social media now with filters? It's just another way to create images. Most people will use this in niche circumstances.
@@rajvellaturi I ditched my s24 ultra because the edges were too sharp and it became uncomfortable after 10 minutes. If they would use the S24 and S24+ design for the Ultra, the phone would be 10x more comfortable

I've had the pixel 6 pro and just upgraded yesterday to 9 pro and im loving it. I had 0 issues with the 6 pro and actually really improved a lot with updates. It was a solid phone. Love this 9 pro now though

Depends how far into the Samsung ecosystem you are and If you do a lot of gaming, your phone is a lot more capable when it comes to gaming, but personally I would definitely go for the Pixel.
It depends, you will miss a lot of things; performance and battery life mostly. If you don't use your phone that heavily then you can give it a shot. I will say keep s24 plus alongside with you, and see if pixel suits you then why not?
Who ever held the Pixel 9 Pro, does it feel "top heavy" because of the camera bump? The reason for my concern is that Pixel 7 screen was 6.3 inch and it felt as if top part was heavy when help with one hand(couldn't use it comfortably). The Pixel 8 is 6.2 inch, so it is a bit less of an issue to hold. How about Pixel 9 Pro?
I used to love having an iPhone, but after using an s24 ultra apple just falls behind in most things. iOS 18 on my girlfriend's phone just seems dated and they are trying to play catch up but in a we don't know what to do sort of way.

It looks like an iPhone. Don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful. But come on, calling the old Pixels a unique design is kind of a stretch. I think this is the first design that makes it look modern. It was absolutely begging for a redesign to keep up with Samsung. The biggest advantage of the Pixels is they are insanely responsive, especially when compared to Samsungs. If I had to choose an Android phone it would definitely be the Pixels because they are just so responsive. They need much better design work otherwise Samsung is going to continue to mop the floor with them.

I think these phones are great from a technology standpoint! I’m not sure how I personally feel about AI just yet, I’m more about my privacy and I think there’s no direct competitor for Apple just yet. Google is making strides and they make good phones but I’m locked into the Apple ecosystem right now.

I am not an iPhone user but an important thing is .... more RAM doesn't always guarantee better processing and memory management and neither does less RAM mean it'll be slower. That depends on a lot of other things like the processor, cache, Operating system etc. etc.
So after 12 months, you’re now paying £240 annually for Gemini live, so the main sell is now gonna cost you more. Previously people would finance a phone for 2yrs but now they are also gonna have to add an extra £20 a month for Gemini 👎
