25 years of DRÄXLMAIER Poland! 🎉🤩
Our Jelenia Góra plant began producing wiring harnesses in 1999. The opening of the Design Center in 2003 and the switch to high-quality vehicle interiors in 2008 marked the beginning of a phase of intensive growth. Starting with 186 employees, the site now employs almost 2,300 people.
To mark its 25th anniversary, a celebration was held at the plant, attended by over 1,200 employees. Thomas Krüger, Site Manager Jelenia Góra, gave a speech in which he highlighted the most important moments in the company's history in Poland and thanked all employees for their commitment and daily efforts. Afterwards, the employees who have been with the Jelenia Góra site since day one received gifts and flowers.
The Design Center Jelenia Góra also recently hosted a family day, which was attended by around 150 participants, including 80 children. The program included activities such as face painting and games. Older children had the opportunity to experience the VR simulator. There was also a photo booth where fun costume photos could be taken as a souvenir of this wonderful event. Fun for the whole family! 🥰
