I laughed out aloud for most of the vid which most of the modern 'comedy' series or pieces of content fail to do on any streaming service/platform. Pink Panther is definitely one of the best all time comedies like Tom & Jerry and Mr. Bean.

Somebody else mentioned that the Pink Panther was like Charlie Brown in this episode. It's especially ironic when one notices the sound effects of the big-nosed man shooting at the panther in his bi-plane. It's reminiscent of Snoopy shooting at the Red Baron in #ItsTheGreatPumpkinCharlieBrown when you think about it.
After seeing a bunch of kids flying kites, the Pink Panther decides to construct and fly a kite of his own. As he does so, he runs into a horde of obstacles, including a dog, and the pointy-nosed. The panther just about makes life miserable for the man, including disrupting his gardening and his barbecuing, and at one point, setting the man’s house on fire. So, while the Pink Panther sores through the air on his kite, the man decides to take revenge and attempts to shoot down the flyer with the airplane he was piloting, resulting in a hilarious outcome. Much fun and action here-very entertaining cartoon with lots of laughs
