I cried the whole sermon. I was getting tired of trying to make many things in my life work as I hoped but through this message God spoke to me "You already tried hard now trust harder".
I was balling. Lol. So I get it. It was like it just spoke to me and how I've been trying so hard to fix my relationship with my daughter. I've been trying so long. I believe God is going to do it now!!

I’m battling infertility and this message came at the best time. I had just decided I can’t keep trying on my own and I listened to God when He told me to just wait and trust Him. Surrendering and giving it all to God. 🙌🏻
To be in battle against your own body will only produce more inflammation and issues. I had problems conceiving after my first, but truly surrendered to God and five years later had another child...then three more! 💙🙏

I have struggled with depression for over 20 years. I believe God has a purpose for my life (as for everyone's), but sometimes my vision gets clouded. So a long time ago, I decided to simply pray "Thy will be done." My will was so broken. I was so stuck and paralyzed by fear. People would ask me "what do you want?" and I wouldn't have an answer. A little while later an answer came to my heart "I want to want." I just wanted to feel enough to feel the power of will, to get to a place where desire and action can meet so I could begin the task of trying to align my will with His. After years of "wanting to want," I finally feel a little spark of desire again. "Do you want to get well?" is a question I have an answer for! Yes! I can feel myself moving past the paralysis, and I know if God has prepared a good work in me, I want badly enough to trust Him.

Bend a knee and ask God for help... Use bible affirmations that remind you that God loves you , stay strong and be blessed and don't let that glass get half full or full.. Most of the time, we are trying to do things we just can’t do without the healing power of Jesus. When we surrender our efforts to heal ourselves and pray for Jesus to heal us, He will heal in His way and time.
I feel like there are times where when I do give something my best effort and it seems like it never works out for me. There are even times where I want to give up on everything, but looking back I realized how God has kept me in His arms all these years, even when I didn't see, feel, or understand the situation. I just wanna thank God for being their for me when even the most loyal friends and family couldn't.🙏🏽
God knows how long we have tried to get out of the situation we are in..Mayb it has taken years . May today be the end of our struggle. Its enough! This is crazy. Abba just literally walked me through this process of trading my “trying” for trusting in a very tangible way. And when I did, the “breakthrough” I’d been striving for, for YEARS in vain was released. Within days. I hadn’t really thought about scripture to back up this mind-bending move of God (my head is still spinning) but here it is, perfectly described and outlined by Pastor Steven in accordance with the gospel of John. I’m amazed. He is faithful!!!

i have it and let me tell you its a mind thing!! i didnt believe it i got mad at all my psychologist i swore up and down i needed medicine. finally got on the medicine and was doing super well! then when i fasted for a week the Spirit told me to stop taking my pills so i did. I was so fine! you have to trust in God. theres times where im super nervous about going out in public places alone or even talking to someone but I always say in my mind “God help me” at least control my shakiness. I still take my medicine here and there but you have to keep pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone and pray for that strength because it is hard. theres times where i still drag people with me to get gas lol.
I agree with the last comment ! But also don’t call it “your anxiety” you don’t own it . Anxiety is the enemy’s work , it’s not yours . It’s something awful that the enemy wants to convince you it’s yours so you can feel bad. Stop calling it that and pray to God for help , I will pray for you.

John 5- When we can't get to THE Water, The Living Water comes to us. I love how Pastor pointed out Ch4 and Jesus told that woman at the well He was the living water and now Jesus was showing us HE is The Living Water!!! God is so good.
I' m not a writer. In fact my English teacher hated me. I was too busy socializing to focus on literature. But, life experiences and my sister pushed me to blog, post, and write a novel about this. It seemed like I was the only one spreading this message. I'm so grateful someone with a platform like yours shared it as well. We see so many posts that tell us it's all up to us, and people don't believe how hard some of us are trying when there's no fruit to show from our effort. They think they must've tried harder or deserved it more if their health, or their situation is more secure, and more fruitful. I wrote a novel about how hard I tried to find love, to get healed, to get better, to feel needed in this world, to find a purpose, and what kind of destructive, reckless choices I made when no matter how hard I tried my efforts failed. When all you hear is you're not trying hard enough, but you know you are, and you know you've tried everything even though no one see's or believes, you feel even more defeated, because no one has the answer. So, thankyou with all my heart for this! God is using you in such a beautiful way.
This message spoke to me on a different level. It felt like he was talking to me. I'm 17, going through teenage problems. My anxiety about how I feel like I'm not good enough in someones eyes has made me start to develop poor and negative habits... I know that this isn't the life God intended for me to live and I feel like he brought me to this message. I'd been trying so hard for so long to work through my silly issues without really fully trusting that he's got my back.
Kayla Ray your issues aren’t “silly”. You may be surprised at how many people are going through the same thing you are. God definitely has your back and cares about your issues. You are enough.
Try not to react to statements of this nature. As it is just satin looking for attention. And don't blame those he uses to try and get that attention. They are weak where he is strong. And understand he must use the weak and the ignorant cause he can't use us. Instead pray for or dear friend here for he knows not. And in that prayer, pray he doesnt learn the hard way as so many of us do. Go to God young soul, he's waiting for you with open arms and forgiveness. Trust him. I rebuke you satin in the name of the father, OUR FATHER, the son and the Holy ghost, let this soul go. YOU HAVE NO POWER IN THIS ROOM!

Asking for as much prayer for my sister her her lungs are very weak and I just ask to unite with me in prayer over her life so she can have the ability to breath on her own without difficulty for her lungs to be restored today she's currently Very weak but just help me pray over her !!!
I feel her pain.. I have bronchitis very bad right now for almost 3 weeks.. So I pray for her for healing and her lungs to be filled with the holy spirit and not mucous... I pray her lungs will be healthy and made whole and restored in Jesus name.. May Gods will be done....

I'm in the same boat with you. I was drifting and just taking a class here or there and I thought I wanted to do nursing. However, I decided that it wasn't for me. Now I'm pursuing an associates in physical therapist aid. Just keep on keeping on and pray to God. I know that he will pull us through towards our purpose.

I have struggled with depression for over 20 years. I believe God has a purpose for my life (as for everyone's), but sometimes my vision gets clouded. So a long time ago, I decided to simply pray "Thy will be done." My will was so broken. I was so stuck and paralyzed by fear. People would ask me "what do you want?" and I wouldn't have an answer. A little while later an answer came to my heart "I want to want." I just wanted to feel enough to feel the power of will, to get to a place where desire and action can meet so I could begin the task of trying to align my will with His. After years of "wanting to want," I finally feel a little spark of desire again. "Do you want to get well?" is a question I have an answer for! Yes! I can feel myself moving past the paralysis, and I know if God has prepared a good work in me, I want badly enough to trust Him.

I've been asking myself and to God for a very long time on how to get out the loop of sins, problems thinking how to move forward, thinking how to be a best daughter. Finally, finally 😭😭😭 this message comforts me and I can't stop crying. While watching this, I keep repeating the words over and over to remind me, that God's grace and mercy is infront of me, I am just attached to the system that's why I can't hear what God says to me.

Bend a knee and ask God for help... Use bible affirmations that remind you that God loves you , stay strong and be blessed and don't let that glass get half full or full.. Most of the time, we are trying to do things we just can’t do without the healing power of Jesus. When we surrender our efforts to heal ourselves and pray for Jesus to heal us, He will heal in His way and time.
I feel like there are times where when I do give something my best effort and it seems like it never works out for me. There are even times where I want to give up on everything, but looking back I realized how God has kept me in His arms all these years, even when I didn't see, feel, or understand the situation. I just wanna thank God for being their for me when even the most loyal friends and family couldn't.🙏🏽

This is crazy. Abba just literally walked me through this process of trading my “trying” for trusting in a very tangible way. And when I did, the “breakthrough” I’d been striving for, for YEARS in vain was released. Within days.
I hadn’t really thought about scripture to back up this mind-bending move of God (my head is still spinning) but here it is, perfectly described and outlined by Pastor Steven in accordance with the gospel of John.

i have it and let me tell you its a mind thing!! i didnt believe it i got mad at all my psychologist i swore up and down i needed medicine. finally got on the medicine and was doing super well! then when i fasted for a week the Spirit told me to stop taking my pills so i did. I was so fine! you have to trust in God. theres times where im super nervous about going out in public places alone or even talking to someone but I always say in my mind “God help me” at least control my shakiness. I still take my medicine here and there but you have to keep pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone and pray for that strength because it is hard. theres times where i still drag people with me to get gas lol.
I agree with the last comment ! But also don’t call it “your anxiety” you don’t own it . Anxiety is the enemy’s work , it’s not yours . It’s something awful that the enemy wants to convince you it’s yours so you can feel bad. Stop calling it that and pray to God for help , I will pray for you.

I' m not a writer. In fact my English teacher hated me. I was too busy socializing to focus on literature. But, life experiences and my sister pushed me to blog, post, and write a novel about this. It seemed like I was the only one spreading this message. I'm so grateful someone with a platform like yours shared it as well. We see so many posts that tell us it's all up to us, and people don't believe how hard some of us are trying when there's no fruit to show from our effort. They think they must've tried harder or deserved it more if their health, or their situation is more secure, and more fruitful. I wrote a novel about how hard I tried to find love, to get healed, to get better, to feel needed in this world, to find a purpose, and what kind of destructive, reckless choices I made when no matter how hard I tried my efforts failed. When all you hear is you're not trying hard enough, but you know you are, and you know you've tried everything even though no one see's or believes, you feel even more defeated, because no one has the answer. So, thankyou with all my heart for this! God is using you in such a beautiful way.

Asking for as much prayer for my sister her her lungs are very weak and I just ask to unite with me in prayer over her life so she can have the ability to breath on her own without difficulty for her lungs to be restored today she's currently Very weak but just help me pray over her !!!
I feel her pain.. I have bronchitis very bad right now for almost 3 weeks.. So I pray for her for healing and her lungs to be filled with the holy spirit and not mucous... I pray her lungs will be healthy and made whole and restored in Jesus name.. May Gods will be done....

Took me 6 years to get my associates and I wanted to just give up but I’m almost finished I have one semester left I listen to your sermons almost everyday and your sermons really help me through so much !!!
Tracey Harris sis keep going, God will help you through it... took me 4 years for my associates, another 3 years for my bachelors .. graduated high honors for both.. and currently working on my masters which would be an additional 2 years.. all while working full time, living on my own and honoring my ministries..
I'm in the same boat with you. I was drifting and just taking a class here or there and I thought I wanted to do nursing. However, I decided that it wasn't for me. Now I'm pursuing an associates in physical therapist aid. Just keep on keeping on and pray to God. I know that he will pull us through towards our purpose.
