Story about treason, cheating on with somebody is really cautiuous for all of us. Lewis could have at least waited for Mary's leaving from hotel. @@ShadowX-2652 wasn't having someone hiding under the bed not an evidence. Also, the third point in my previous comment meant that when she met the maid in the lobby, her phone rang at the last minute and it was the same tone that she had heard when she was in the bed.
Doesn't that ring bells? I mean it's obvious for any gender, and while some may say that two people can have the same ringtone, the fact that if she had checked under the bed there was clear evidence.
Also, she didn't record anything as a maid in the final scene, so how will she prove it while filling for divorce. You need concrete evidence to prove your matter in court.
