I don't use procreate but most drawing software's have layer masking (and since I know pc is good it should have it) which means you can't draw outside where you've drawn on the layer below, so at 13:30 you wouldn't need to erase, the orange just wouldn't show up outside the blue circle.
Nvm commented too soon, still wondering why you didn't use it tho, would procreate not let you use a mask over a mask? Genuine question because I'm looking into getting an iPad.
I’d also use the lasso tool, (similar to the lasso tool on the upper left side of procreate) but with procreate you’re more limited to the stuff you can do as opposed to photoshop and illustrator and you kinda have to get a bit more “creative” and find ways around the stuff you want to do.

i’m not an artist, but one way is to not have comments, or if someone is being rude, delete the comment. idk if this is what you wanted, but hope this helps!
I'm not the creator, but I can tell you this: There are ALWAYS gonna be haters. You could be the most amazing artist to ever exist in the universe and there'd still be some assholes trying to find a reason to hate on. I know saying to just ignore them is hard, but that's the best thing you can do. Don't give them attention or anything.
I think you can block people from saying certain words in the comments on RUclips, or you can have a friend help you go through the comments and weed out the haters.
Wow, @Study with Seouol, everyone gave you great advice on starting out. Go for it and don’t worry, why does it matter what people think of your art? They aren’t paying you for it. They’re just watching to either learn or for entertainment. From my experience, no skilled professional artist has ever had the need to bring anyone down for their art online. They’re too busy making art and working on themselves. It’s usually people who have their own personal problems to deal with, and instead of doing so they lash out on strangers in the hopes of getting a reaction. But, some people also like to joke around or just offer advice and criticism, those you do need because they’re usually very helpful. If you can’t handle it, do what killjoy said and ask one of your friends to help you out.
Also what Angelic said, there will always be someone who’s unhappy and who won’t like the tiniest thing. Don’t let it stop you. Start out being inspired, not worried about it😊
