Her weekly idol ep with chungha is super cute. It was the first time they met but they immediately clicked. Def would recommend watching it
that's why i love chungha.. she may be beautiful and incredible talented but one think i love the most is her passion to become a better her . we are both 1996 borns and when i struggle with something i look at her and remind myself that if you wanna do something you really need to work a lot .. she is a hard working person and a genuine love hearted person and thats why she is my idol.. and i would love to be friends with her

I highly recommend "Running Girls", an incredibly wholesome and inspiring show with Sunmi, Chungha, Chuu, YooA (Oh My Girl) and Hani (Exid). They also mentioned it in Showterview. It's one of my (maybe even the) favourite variety shows. ♥
The episodes are a bit longer so probably better suited for Patreon than YT if you ever decide to check it out.

The show where Sunmi is imitating the bird is Running Man (also where she grabs Kwang Soo while showing the choreo). Running Man has had many, many Kpop idols and groups, including Big Bang, SNSD, members of BTOB, Super Junior, Lovelyz and many more.

I could have sworn I already told you about Sunmi's interview with Seulgi... So, TISSUE WARNING! There is a really soft segment of that particular episode and I cried. I REALLY HOPE you will react to it, that's my FAVORITE episode of Sunmi's Showterview!

22:06 So between 2009 and 2012 JYP shipped the Wonder Girls off to America to try and break the market there. It was kinda a dumb move, but as a result all the members who were around for that period are pretty decent at speaking English (though Sunmi left in 2010)

@@joc.4992 that was WGs concept back then. They were the retro queens. A lot of their mvs had 1960s vibes at the time.
As for the light make up, that's just what was the popular style in early 2nd gen. If you look in the video, SNSD have a similar "no make up" style. Trends started to shift around 2009
My two favorite soloists are Chungha and Sunmi. Two of them are top level for me. Also, even though I don't follow her personally, I love Taeyeon's songs as a musicality.
