This really is a beautifully illustrated deck, and I agree with you about the court cards. I so love the colour matching of each suit. Now on my list. Thanks for sharing.
Isn’t this just the prettiest surprise!? 😍 It is gorgeous and a deck I never would have known about if Derek hadn’t brought it to my attention. I loved your walkthrough of it. I’m going to watch Derek’s walkthrough also because I hear he has some great insights about the deck.
Next time my friends are able to come back home from Korea I know what I'll suggest they would get me hehe Lovely deck and I'm glad there are Korean titles, it'll a good practice :D
Simon I had to click right away when I saw the title. I lived in Korea for 4.5 years and my husband is Korean. Koreans are a very proud, beautiful, hardworking, and ancient people. As an interesting interpretation of 10 of pentacles, this card is depicting the annual harvest festival dance "gang gang sullae", so it is quite charming and distinctly Korean that the 10 of coins typically thought of meaning "inheritance" would be shown in Korea as an ancient, intangible cultural treasure (a dance) that they all share and have learned from time immemorial. Thank for this special walkthrough.
Sorry but this deck is almost a clone of Tarot of the old path, especially the colours, the borders and the same imagery on many of the cards. I think that they've also taken karma and the death card from tarot of the old path too. It's a beautiful deck but I'm sure the artist for the old path would be upset to know how close this deck has copied their work.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video, you did a fab presentation Simon! What beautiful gifts from Korea, lucky man🤗
I like it. I can feel positive vibes coming from this deck.

The images of this deck use traditional theme heavily, judging from the clothing, the action of people. Love them!

Hi Simon, thanks for your many interesting videos. You are so diligent and I am so lazy. I already have a bad conscience.

It looks like this deck was inspired by Tarot of the Old Path. Some of the cards look very similar!
