My RTU 5024 seems to have no such ON switch! Only a white button close to the SIM card carrier. Exactly where your one has the 3 pin connector. I cant get it to work! Sometimes it says this user cant be reached right now, or the line is busy. Cant get the relay to switch on. The Relais LED never on!
Hi there. My rtu5024 works fine for a day or two but then requires a power reset to operate again. It's very frustrating. Does anyone know why this is happening? I am using a brand new sim card with a strong signal with line of sight to nearest mast.
I’ve bought 2 of these cellular units and tbh both failed the first one worked for 8 months then the second one 1 month both failed !!! So my opinion is save your money and invest in something more expensive and reliable.
AT&T has killed 3G service in my part of Louisiana. My hog trap is now useless. What alternative equipment is there available with 4G service?

Only RTU5024 2019 Version has that funcion.that switch is used to ON or OFF the inside battery
