@Lockjaw So I just checked. Stanford has a 5% acceptance rate (absurd) USC has a 15% acceptance rate (also hard) but that drops to as low as 4% for certain professional school programs.
I mean usc did fire clay helton mid season and switch around position coaches as well. the whole program got a change mid season so its kind of hard to adjust so fast especially when the defensive back coach is the new interim head coach lmao. Can guarantee with the right coach usc will be back to dominating the west easily.
Just contain BYU's QB, that's all. His ability to scramble keeps his passing attack alive. Sc's offense is too talented for any defense to defend all 4 quarters. Solvis is too talented to not get the ball to those receivers. SC's run game success will speed up the no-huddle on the next play. This keeps the defense on its heels all game long. SC's offense practices what it does way more than opposing teams practice stopping it. Helton saw a vision post N Dame game. What we are witnessing is Helton's vision in the flesh....or pads, so to speak. What we all saw last game was Slovis gain from a full game (Fresno 2nd half/Standford 1st half) represented by that 2nd half performance. Against BYU, he comes into his first game with real and true experience behind him to draw from. He was born during the Fresno game; he learned to walk then run during the Stanford game; now, we'll see him learn to sprint right from the start! Road or no road, Slovis is the right QB at the right time in the right SC offensive sheme. Mark my words....and remember, you heard'em here, first! lol

This was my first ever USC game! Really solidified USC as my top college choice. I'm a freshman there now.
