    Heres the thing. She passed her test so she legitimately believed what she was saying. It's not like she was out here trying to frame him... this man accidentally brushed against her in his sleep and being the child that she was she misinterpreted as an intentional sexual act ans responded to what she truly believed she had experienced.
    A lot of people hating on her but she was a child...

      As a child I would get up to eat a late dinner with my family and have no memory of it. As an adult I suffer from sleep apnea, night terrors (where I scream in my sleep if anxious), and sleep paralysis (where in a sleep state my mind is alert but my body can't move). Sleep disorders exist! He could have been asleep and was moving and dreaming in a sleep state. If you read Elvis Presley autobiography his family would find him sleep walking along a railroad track. He had to be tied down to his bed.
      Overall this chick is over the moon in drama if somebody brushed her behind in her sleep. Like Steve said the man didn't pull down her pants and rape her. Getting on TV, social media and going to jail is way over the top for such a slight in my opinion.

      She’s unstable. If I took everybody who’s brushed up against me as an act of sexual misconduct, I need some help. She truly believed her brother touched her, but he wasn’t even awake, she’s unstable asf and yea she needs help. My first thought would not be oh, he’s trying to molest me. Especially not my brother. Someone said she’s “ traumatized” from what. When I was getting brutally molested at three and four and my mom knew, when I grew older and when into that interrogation room I made sure they did not paint me as a victim because I did not want anyone’s damn pity. I wanted them to know I don’t need no one and I get through shit by myself with my head held high.

      I can agree with that. However, my family is the same way and what I have realized is it’s for THIS exact reason. So there can be no confusion or misinterpretation of one’s actions. No one has any blame to bear because they have no business being in that situation . Personally, I also feel like it’s best because normal kids start to learn and explore certain things at certain ages. And it could be a cultural thing! As an African American I’ve been taught and know many that were taught this kind of thing. For example, “little girls don’t sit in grown men’s laps” or “after a certain age girls aren’t to sit in anyone’s lap” (even their fathers and I was taught it’s around 9 or 10).

      That rule is mainly for siblings going through puberty, abuse is at a much higher level when hormones start raging, and curiosity is at an all-time high. This is higher between a male teen and a younger kid, boy or girl. And it's even higher in households where parents refuse to teach basic sex education when puberty starts. Dr.Phil did an episode with someone like that, the parents never reprimanded him for doing it and made excuses for his actions. His was so bad that he was a teenage p3d0, which does exist but is very rare.

      @Amber-yq9ee 4 месяца назад +4

      Yeah, it's leaving me feeling like there's not really a conclusion here. BUT maybe there is. Regardless, she's talking abt her bro touching her butt. I have a LOT of thoughts abt this bc my bro & I have been pretty close all our life (sibling rivalry not w\standing. Lol) & I'm sure we shared the same bed countless times. I'm curious about the age diff between them. But I have to tell u, if I'm sleeping beside my bro & he's asleep & touches my butt I'm gonna assume its an accident & probably give him a really hard time. You know, like joking around on him like we do. Id call him a perv. But it would be a joke. Bc my mind would NOT EVER have jumped immediately to he's molesting me bc I know my bro. & I'm comfy w\him. Id smack his hand away & shove him. & He's a BIG GUY always has been! I'm 5'3 on a good day & he's over 6ft I think like 6'2. But he's a Teddy Bear! So, I guess my thoughts are why did HER mind jump there. Bro said she makes these accusations on several ppl all the time. & Either she's a good actress or she was pulling from some trauma. So, could it be that somewhere along the way she truly was molested? Maybe when she was REALLY young. & Honestly it kinda seems like it might've been a family member. I say that bc most younger girls aren't gonna automatically jump to the worst scenario w\their family w\o a reason. So, was lying there awake bc she was scared to death & worried & WAITING to see if he was going to touch her? Bc that would explain her reaction to me. Both the silence & the trauma & her not moving away or pushing him away. Bc logically any girl who's NOT been traumatized, if they were touched in a way that made them uncomfy they are either going to get up & move to the floor or couch or kick the other person out to the couch or floor. Or at the VERY least put some pillows, blankets, or towels as some kinda 🧱 between their bodies. So her reaction is strange to me. Also, I am questioning why she & he werent asked abt this other girl on their lie detector test. Bc in other situations where there's another family member accusing, they bring on that person or their guardian if they are a minor to speak abt their side of the story & then it's included in the test. So, from them not only NOT coming on the show but from Steve not even really questioning either party too much abt this girl & nothing on either of their tests, I have a couple theories. 1, maybe that person refused to cooperate w\the show & did NOT want their name dragged into it in ANY WAY! (Which still doesnt answer WHY Steve wldnt still ask him if he ever molested another underage girl or ask Amiya if another girl really came to her to accuse her brother of molesting her. Bc in the past that's exactly what he's done w\o naming names.) 2, Amiya specifically requested NOT to bring her into it or disclose info. Maybe Steve couldn't ever verify any such allegations ever existed. Idk. But I can't help but wonder!

      @J.Crooner Месяц назад +1

      Exactly and what's really telling is that after she knew for sure that her own brother was innocent you'd think she would of been extremely happy that he wouldn't do that and at least given him a hug if she truly cared about him. Instead she remains in silence and shows him no gratitude towards him. She never apologized and the reason why is because she knew she was wrong before the results were read.🤔

    People think just because their children had never been sexually abused, that they won't start doing it by themselves.

    Idk why everyone thought she was lying though. Also just because it was him ONLY rubbing her butt does not matter AT ALL. Sexual contact is sexual contact and that is her big brother so she has every right to feel traumatized by that, especially if it happened TWICE. Yes he passed for not purposely and knowingly doing it which is great news. But I’m talking about her. That shit happened to me (not with my brother but my cousin and a little different situation but yeah) so I feel for her very much. It’s sad their relationship will most likely never go back to how it was again. I wish the best for her!

    I haven't watched this all the way through yet so I don't know the results and I have a strong feeling the sister is lying for attention, revenge something. That being said, Steve has no business coming at her sideways like "why didn't you do anything," "oh, he looked like he was asleep." The victim (although I think she may be a perp, not the victim) blaming is awful. It makes people not want to go forward and tell what happened to them and/or feel guilty because they froze or otherwise "didn't do enough to stop it."
