And he has seen the benefits the plant Canabis Sativa has to offer. No one is denying for the longest time it has been abused. But the plant in and of itself is not bad. Like the mwarubaine tree with many medicinal value, bhang is the same if not more. What he proposes is to grow bhang with very little THC compound, because its THC that causes euphoria and addictions. The industrial hemp can not be abused because it does not give any high. But it can be exported, used in making paper, the seeds can be used to make cooking oil. I myself didn't know all these till I researched. Knowledge is power. We have debts, and we have little to export as a nation. Why don't we embrace change. And for me, Prof is the breath of fresh air.
