This is a great video - very helpful!! In transverse scanning though, shouldn’t the probe marker be towards you (9:00) ? Towards right side of patient.

My dog has appoitment for ultrasoumd on the 18th and vet wants me to fast him for 48hrs🙄
He was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in front leg back in May. He had leg amputated in May and he is doing fantastic. Cbc/Chem, xrays, and physical came out good. However back in Dec his liver looked a little enlarged that's why they want to do ultrasound. They wanna really make sure everything is clear interest to look for stuff since hi was diagnosed with cancer back in May. However 48 hours without fasting wow!!!
Other vets been telling me 12hours is the norm.

My poor 60 pound dog had an ultrasound without a sedative. They put him on his back awake. When I got him back he could barely walk and is still having problems with his hips and back when he never had problems walking before the ultrasound
