This had some pretty good gags and he looked good. Lots of sight gags. Its one of his better educationals.
I'm a Dorothea Kent fan! She was great in More Than a Secretary (1936) with Jean Arthur and George Brent. Happy to say it's available to watch here on YT.

They act as if they've just read their lines (Keaton is fine). Stiff and unconvincing, especially police and gangsters.
The man jump without no reason
The sound is terrible. I can't understand the dialogue.
