Getting my H9 Max in a couple of days. I’ll be processing two Behringer Neutrons with it. If I like the pedal enough I’ll buy a second one to run one into the other.
Nice! One thing I have learnt is have the h9 set to “bass synth” in the pickup settings so it does not introduce any weird artifacts or distortion with synths
Just starting out with hardware, all I am using is an Empress Germ Overdrive (mainly to increase the signal on my Arturia Microfreak) and a Strymon Dig dual digital delay. It does the job so far!
Not bad for a multi effect, but i dont want to choose if i want a delay, reverb, flanger, or comb filter. I want all of it, and so if i wanted hardware, the Empress Effects Zoia seem like its by far the option for me. I already got Maschine MK3 and Komplete 11 Ultimate, so im not sure i need anything else, but the Zoia has looked very tempting ever since it came out.
From what I hear, you need to be particular about the power supply on the H9. Don't just plug it in to your pedal power supply. Double check your polarity!

Using the factory power supply!
@@johnnyposh nice. I recall Gaz Williams on a chat stream recently nearly in tears from his not turning on. Don't want anyone else to lose one.
@@CatFish107 That sounds like a nightmare!
