The Traveling Wilburys is a rock supergroup from 1988, made up of Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, & Jeff Lynne. They had a lot of great songs such as "Handle With Care", "Heading For The Light", "Inside Out", "Tweeter & The Monkey Man", "Dirty World", "Last Night", "She's My Baby", "Rattled", "Nobody's Child", "Congratulations" etc. Roy Orbison had passed away when "End Of The Line" was released & they paid tribute to him with his guitar in the rocking chair. Kind of ironic that you picked the one song that Roy didn’t survive long enough to make the video. The rocking guitar was definitely in memory of Roy Orbison.

Love the Travelling Wilbur's. Roy Orbison died before this one I think
