Dave ,Ellyse, Woody and the ladies, looks like such a good fun ride, hilarious, a fair dinkum adventure. Great job all involved, epic! Very enjoyable viewing that's for sure, I kinda wish I was there too 😂 👏👌🤪👍😎🇦🇺
This was my first paid week-long trip and I have to say it surpassed all my previous trips - partly for the Top End country but mostly for the Ellwood Team’s smooth ability to draw along a group of varying ability, risk tolerance and endurance. There’s something personal about the Ellwood Team - they’re not just running you through a sausage-mill tour. They actually lean in and get to know each rider - provide break-out riding so you’re always riding at the edge of your own envelope - and at the end of each day welcome you into good food, drinks and time round the fire. The result …. Repeat business and tours booked out well into the next year!
Thanks for the time an effort that has gone into making this video and hopefully it inspires more women to take part in adventure riding! Did you miss or would have liked to be on your FE501 on this trip vs the drz400?
Thank you. I prefer the Suzuki in that stuff. And remember it's going to get tougher. They are bullet proof in those conditions. I'll keep my 501 for trips with less water.
Absolutely Awesome U go Women, totally epic stuff, just love bikes and Australia 🇦🇺🏳️🌈😲were the bikes hired, being mostly Suzukis? Wish I was there!!!! I ride a Yamaha Dt 175.
So does Suzuki sponsor this or do most of them prefer the DRz400's & I guess that's a Rally 300L with them..... I couldn't ride that tract w/o help.... lol, or should I say I'd try it with THEIR Help ? Just kidding but that's an impressive ride. peace
It's certainly a challenge full of tough spots & they've chosen an old favorite in the DRz400's. Since I'm looking at dual sport bikes, I must have seen something on this channel that got my attention. thanks, peace
Hey guys, I wasn't asking if you have sponsors..... No, not at all. I'm impressed w/ the place these folks rode thru & their choice of bikes. I'm saving right now for a dual sport & the DRz400, the DR, KLR, Honda 650L, 450L, Rally300L are all bikes I'm looking deeply into possibly buying. So I must have "subb'd up" to you based on one of your videos w/ any of these bikes or a comparison of them. I was impressed enough to subb & bookmark so you're sharing content that makes a difference to me >> > thanks for that & I'll be looking at your older stuff as well. peace
Nope. I regret not narrating it, because those that weren't comfortable had go arounds. Those filmed are still raving about their experience. This group is very professional.
Though women!!! Unless it was absolutely essential to ride above 100kph for extended stretches of pavement then to me it seems that these bikes were geared wrong. I prefer to give up top speeds on pavement to have more grunt off-road on my 2004 DRZ400S.
I disagree. I've ridden to the Dr's a fair bit and two the Cape twice. I think the standard gearing is spot on. To get through that deep sand you don't need a slow speed 1st or second.
Go the girls... rivers , rocks , finishing in the dark and still laughing all the way through..what a great bunch 😃👍
That first day was a big one :)
Great to meet you Dave and thanks for capturing our Adventure! 🤘
It was great fun riding with you.
Night riding is the best! Especially with modern lighting. 👍
The ladies rocked. Perfect attitudes, just out there having fun.
Couldn't agree more!
This looks like a tough Adventure for anyone but girls took in there stride great see the ladies getting involved in Adventure riding
Inspiring to film, Michael.

It was a privilege riding with them. Great fun.
What an awesome truly inspiring video!! You go girls and live your best life! 👍👍
Thanks so much!!
How good is this? This is on my bucket list and these riders are out there making it happen. I'm motivated to get out there now.
Very easy to make this happen.
Great teamwork and perseverance - these ladies have game👍
Yes they do
This was brilliant - thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! Ep 2 out this Friday.
Pure awesomeness so good Dave and everyone
It was a great ride.

So true Hannah
Thanks for putting together an excellent video, it was entertaining to watch.👌
Glad you enjoyed it. Welcome to MADTV as a member. Lots more coming up.
I’ve been thinking about this trip. Doing it with a bunch of other epic women would be next level. 💪🏻💪🏻
Ellwood Motorcycle Adventures do ladies only rides regularly. Reach out to them and find out.
They had a ball. Smiling all the way 🍻
I'm just letting the story reveal. Lots of funny stuff and good stuff coming
Great to see girls thrashing it!
Yeah, it is.
Great job Ladies :)
Well I had to be there! :)
Great episode, looks like a ton of fun! On a side note the camera lady has a really deep and familiar voice. 😅
Yes ah she? Does😂😂😂
You go girls and Dave too.....Garth
Yep we will!
That looked tough for any rider no matter the experience. Fair Dinkum indeed.
It gets tougher in the next episode.

Yes they were. Part of the package from Ellwood Motorcycle Adventures.
👍

17:00 is one of the funnier/more awesome scenes I’ve ever seen on a moto adventure.
I'm with you on that :)
Great video, can you tell me who are playing the song about a third in? Thanks
royalty free music
Well done girĺs...
They were brilliant.
No thanks! Not experienced enough for that! 😅
That's the whole point, they made it.
Why the buttsecks reference?
Don't know what you'retalking about.
Dave on a girls trip how do you get an invite like that!
Workd hard :)
Missing nugget and his survival pants.....
Yes. He'll be back in the New Year.

It's a tour. Ellwood Motorcycle Adventures and their fleet is mostly Suzukis. That's why they have the numbers and names on the front of them.
It's certainly a challenge full of tough spots & they've chosen an old favorite in the DRz400's. Since I'm looking at
dual sport bikes, I must have seen something on this channel that got my attention. thanks, peace
@@diggy-d8w Thank you. We did one sponsored video for Suzuki on the DE800

@@diggy-d8w I know you weren't. All good. If you're impressed with that, wait for the next episode!
Cheeky title 😂
Possibly :)
where is Nuggett!!!
Sore back
Day 1 do you think she may have overestimated her group’s ability
Not very professional
