This is going to pretty much for every conventional lender you use...Your options are to either buy the house all cash or replace the electrical panel which costs anywhere between $2,000-$2500. I have had to replace 3 electrical panels over the last year so am very well-versed in how a lender views an old electrical panel.
The inspector is looking for missing or burnt switches or burn marks in the panel. 30 plus property manager experience. Nice video.

So if are unable to obtain home insurance on a property a bank wont issue you a mortgage?? Is this a St Louis law or countrywide?
