Rowing Machine Technique Tip: Sometimes diagnosing rowing machine technique errors can come down to some simple steps.
If you’re watching someone row - or yourself - and something looks wrong but you’re not sure what, look at the elbows and knees.
If they’re both bent at the same time, something’s wrong in the stroke.
