Just wanna say that this makes me happy, to see ski runners like you always having an overview. Many skiers think they can do what they want, but nice to see that some people know how to take care on the lopes! Awesome off-pist, you just need some more practice, but it was good :)
This vid was just perfect for getting a view of Val Thorens :) I might be going there in 2014, so it is really nice to have such a long vid! Last year I was also with UCPA, in Tignes, I would recommend it to anyone! Fairly cheap, UCPA center is great, and beautiful ski area! If you like powder and off piste, that is the place to go! big, open faces and tall peaks, as well as forest skiing in lower regions in both Tignes and Val d'Isère :) you can watch my go pro vids if you want to see it ;)
It's an tranciver, everyone in the group had one. It's for locating someone if they get burried by in a avalanche. At 2:24 we test that they were working .
I use the adhesive mount for my helmet. I use the classic one and that's fine but if you use the waterproof one put the anti fog inserts in there or you will find that the lens gets all misty.
He said: "what is the problem?"....baby....you cross the road skiing and the police saw you and all your friends.....it's dangerous cross at the middle of a long turn....nice video ;)
There's a lot of people. Your pass is for 2 big domain who call ESPACE KILLY (Tignes and Val d'isere). + You have a lot of awesome activity in tignes. Lot of awesome food restaurant. Lot of awesome people from everywhere. Anyway, this is a must try. My bad for my english, i'm french. Well so maybe see you one day in a UCPA center.
Our guide talked to the police there and since I don't speak french I asked him (our guide) what the problem was. And the only complaint was that we made a little extra snow fall on the already snowcoverd road. If they had said "take care when crossing etc.." it would be understandable. But they didn't. So we laughed.
really nice video! i would like to buy a GO PRO HD HERO 2 and record a ski week like you, have you use a fixation on your helmet or on your head ?? thanks
@nDiv I dont blame when the snow is that good. Although Im looking forward to the VT park to actually hit some decent kickers instead of rails and boxes all the time in England. Any areas you recommend for pow?

Ok man. Les arcs is a great domain especially for freeride and backcountry but I find the atmosphere not térrible in this center (It sucks). + There's nothing outside and near the center if you guy's want to make fun in club or even just for cruising. You must take your car and again...Tignes Val Claret the atmosphere is AWESOME EVERYDAY. Especially if you want to go in dansing club the night or other thing like that. You don't need car because everything is near.

the GoPro comes with adhesive mounts you can stick onto your helmet, or you can buy other mounts such as the chest harness or head strap

I had over 10 hours of footage from that trip :P. Making it long wasn't hard. But It can be very boring if you don't concentrate on the good stuff. :)
