As always, greatly enjoyed your post. BTW, those are not chilly peppers, those are “bull horn” peppers and they are sweet. Bake them in the oven at 200C about 15-20min (on a baking paper sheet), peel them and place them in a bowl whith a bit of water, salt, a few drops of vinegar… yam.
@@SamandVictor and also usually the bigger and fat looking a chili, the less spicier they will be, because they have fewer seeds in it. Imagine paprika that is not spicy at all but still consider as chili. I’m Indonesian and since you craved Balinese/Indonesian food, we usually use the skinny curly one. Usually called cabe keriting (literally translated as curly chili). Or the small sized chili (we called it cabe rawit) and they even more spicier than the curly ones. Just remember to be mindful on how much you use when cooking with those types of chili. I’m glad you enjoy balinese taste ❤
Hi Sam & Victor, two cinematic things: 1) Sam, you're probably too young to have seen her films, but you remind me of actress Joey Wong (王祖賢). 2) the spanish sung music gives to this whole video a very Wong Kar-wai-ish (王家衛) vibe! Greetings from Europe (Italy)!
The video is like a love letter to Hong Kong. Very enjoyable.

You can also use Thai chili and leave the seeds in if you want it to be spicy. The spice is in the seeds.
I love your vlog style. Please visit taiwan for next tour 🫶🏽
