the future problems are only problems because they won't give him the leader tier authority he deserves in the gang. he should not be on the same level as all the other members when he already gets treated better than regular members, he won't stop being annoying because its future's character trait to be annoying. make him leader tier and other members won't be as bothered because they're no longer being picked on by someone on the same level as them. this argument was already made multiple times back in gulag gang late 3.0
