I feel so lucky to live in Norway watching this ❤ Last time I saw northern lights was from my living room window here in Oslo. A very rare experience so far south, but it was actually better than when I saw them in Lofoten. ❤ Still Lofoten stunning with or without seeing them 🌸✨
Thank you☺ I visited Norway in December and had a wonderful time. The best time to see the Northern Lights in Norway is from late September to early April when there are more hours of darkness during the polar night. I hope you get to see the Northern Lights. :)
Hihi! Love your video. Very soothing and peaceful to watch! Care to share your driving route and itinerary? How many days do u recommend to stay in lofoten?
I’d suggest staying for at least 4 days to explore the islands. I found this might be helpful: www.minikinescapades.com/the-ultimate-road-trip-in-lofoten-itinerary-norway/
Hi beautiful video, we will be visiting on Nov 24th and staying in Reine, just 3 queries 1) for northern lights will this be a good village to see them via walk or public transport or rely more on northern lights tours (will be doing one anyways)…. 2) also would the reinebriengen hike be open? 3) is flying a dji mini4 pro smooth in lofoten!
I saw the northern lights near my hotel after getting an alert from the AuroraAlerts app. For the hike, it's always best to check for any updates before you go. It can get quite windy sometimes when flying a dji..
I was lucky with the weather, it was quite peaceful during my trip, and the drive from Tromsø to Lofoten was beautiful. But it's a good idea to check the weather forecast before you go.
@@naiaautumn may i know when was your travel dates? i am planing to travel either mid or late December . how many days would u suggest to stay at lofoten?
It's December. The best months to see the northern lights are typically from September to April, with peak viewing times in December, January, and February.
