Is nobody going to acknowledge how amazing emily is? She's basically shunned by her entire family, but she's always there for them no matter what, even at the expense of her happiness. I felt so bad for her the entire show! She's easily the best character and deserved so much more!😢
Ikr, I’m late but in season one episode one she PAYED the electric bill and what did she get…? NOTHING!!! No one said “Thank you, you didn’t have to do that.” Her family made up excuses saying they we’re busy and said she had no sensitivity meter. THE AUDACITY!!!

I like how this show initially started out as a parody of RUclipsrs, but then started to psychologically delve into the insecurities and faults of Miranda, who is by all means a flat out narcissist and ends up driving her loved ones away from her. She ends up practically with nothing, and the show asks a lot of questions as to of what kind of person would do anything for fame, and at what cost? It’s a character study.
