I knew this was for hacked switches. But really? No disclaimer that this is for hacked switches? You only say it like halfway through the video? You could've at least made the title something like “how to move your residence service (for modded switches)”. 👎🏼
She didn’t need to put it in the title she could have just mentioned that it was modded switches like 20 to 30 minutes into the video at the very start of the video. But then again the video gives an indication when her character is standing on the very top of the airport So.

She’s more into wasting your time because the longer you watch, the more likely of a chance she’ll have to make it into the algorithm, and also makes her money. It’s the reason why so many channels abuse clickbait titles, thumbnails etc.
Yep. This video just earned a big thumbs down from me. This is the first and last video I will ever see of this channel. I'm now heading over to their "about" page to click the block button so their videos won't show up on my recommendations anymore. I have zero tolerance for click bait.
And yes, I know that every comment helps he video, and that's probably why she does this click bait junk, to get more comments, but I feel that it's helpful to spread the word that you CAN block people like this by going to the "about" page on their channel and blocking them. Then you'll never accidentally click on one of their videos if you forget who the click baiters are.

I think Nintendo should allow for all of this added to the intro when selecting island layouts. Just give us the 3 river outlets, let us then see all possible combos for items like plaza, peninsula, secret beach, rock formations, etc. This would give everyone the island setup that they truly want.

Yeah, but the developers didn't want to have people do have complete control of the island.
You can place villager houses wherever you want, you can even customize them with the dlc, you can move other town buildings, and you can even completely flatten your island and build it back up into mountains if you wanted to.
But yeah, I bet customization wasn't Nintendos intention when creating Animal Crossing New Horizons.

@@Tobunari I don’t think the giant rocks and beach are meant to be moved you can’t even break the giant rocks. I think they are just there for design purposes meaning you’d have to look closely when selecting a map location.
I would definitely move my resident services building because having it on a second level would be so cool

@@Luck613 yeah at least it’s close by on my island you have to run past a gated area to get to my airport from resident services since the airport is closer to my house on my island
i think maybe getting 1 or 2 chances to move the plaza would be really nice. they could make it cost a lot and only let you do it after your island has 5 stars or something. i like the position of my plaza but if you just started and didn’t think about it that would suck.

Or more like why not just let you move it by using Tom Nook like you can move Able sisters,Nooks Cranny,you and your residents houses,the museum. There should be options to move the plaza,airport and residents services as well.

I think it may have something to do with, that those are the buildings that we had no choice where they go, to begin with. Those locations are already set when you first arrive on your island. Other buildings became moveable, because we already had the choice where to place them, thus as the island develops, people obviously change their minds.
I've used modded consoles/PC for over 15 years and still do.. And I get that content on the internet relies on boosting your analytics (especially to make $$) but it's still pretty low to purposefully not mention AT ALL that this requires modding a Switch of all consoles (Nintendo is very strict about their IP and WILL catch up to most users who aren't privvy to repeatedly dodging updates and bans) until halfway through the video so you could increase traffic and maintain legitimate viewership.

She does still mention you need a modded switch it’s just like 3 minutes and 30 Seconds in rather being in the first 20 to 30 Seconds in. But then again she also said she couldn’t entirely tell us about mods so.

Yess! I’m one of those persons who got the plaza NEXT to the airport, I didn’t know I would regret a about since it is my first AC game and got a lot of stuff so I didn’t want to lose it all and didn’t reset it 😪

honestly the only thing i want is the ability to move a building 1 or 2 tiles. having to move things back and forth and back and forth and paying 2x to move one house is deeply annoying.
I really wish I could move my resident services, Id love to have it on a second or third level. Missed opportunity from the devs imo, though I also get why they didn't let us. Some restrictions to the island have resulted in some pretty cool outside of the box ideas too.
I moved my Resident Services Building but there was a light brown area where the building used to be. Thanks for pointing out the Plaza coordinates that I missed.
Unfortunately if you move your building/plaza somewhere it can't be people could report you for hacking if you share your island via dreaming or having people visit. Hopefully Nintendo won't try to patch this out like they did star fragment trees.

I know your videos are not meant to be dynamic but I think it's not appreciable to wait 3.30 minutes to actually have a simple answer. You could go to directly to the point.
I personally don't want to mode my switch so the video is useless to me, but by waiting now I feel like I've wasted my time.

how about in the beginning you say "claimer, this is for modded switches only!" then proceed with the answers being poker & NHSE. Very very stupidly made and i thought it was inconsiderately done. had to make a whole bunch of people without modded switches upset lol. not everyone is going to mod their switch for this so don't waste your time enforcing it on others. just make this video for already modded users. I was looking for videos on poker and this couldve been useful if it was in the title but not a fan of the creator because of this

All I know is you can get at least 4 islands on a modded switch!
on a modded switch with jksv and NHSE you technically can have an unlimited number of islands on it so long as you dont mind having back up and restore every time you want to change the island.

Answer: You can’t without mods
be careful when modding your switch, if you do anything that breaks nintendos TOS it can result in a console ban which locks the console from accessing nintendo at all which is required to access the internet in any way lol not a big issue if you dont play online.

Hi, i wanna ask if you can move buildings such as the museum or Nook's cranny using the DLC instead of modding.
To summarise the video, you can't move the plazza without a modded switch. CEO only states this 3 mins into the video, so don't bother watching.
Can the level the building is on be changed? Like if I want my plaza to be up on a cliffside?

Well, if you want to do that, there are plenty of online sources that cover how to do it.
But I am no hacking expert, and the only console I have ever hacked is a 2ds.
But as I said, there are plenty of places that cover how to do it, and often there is a community of people willing to help you do it. However, the hacking in of itself can be dangerous, as it does make your switch more vulnerable, and playing games with mods can get you banned from online play if you’re not careful.
And since doing it (and thus breaking Nintendo's TOS) breaks the warranty, if something happens to the console, Nintendo won't fix it.
TL;DR, put your research in before doing it.
