I understand your perspective but you started as a high school student so you already knew a lot of people in the high school senior market. It isn't as easy for someone who doesn't have any connections that are in school. I agree that nurturing your existing clients is a great way to increase word-of-mouth referrals, but would love some tips on how an older person might be able to contact schools and get those FIRST clients!!
"I focus where I am and the people already in my circle". She nailed it right there. Your niche is something you already know, Why would you want to take senior pictures if you don't know any seniors?
