I really do hate to the negative one here because you do some lovely places and amazing videos.... that house was terrible... how people leave them and just walk away is beyond me ... breaks my heart to see this ;(;(;(
There are many many places like this in Thailand, people lost their livelyhood when covid hit, so the income dried up, along with all their plans for their houses, some houses would have been repossessed by the banks, who sit on them until they can get their money back, sometimes years before that happens. Also people died during covid, so the construction would have stoppped, bank would be keeping the place semi tidy, and possibly have a caretaker live in. Thailand is an Asian country, their rules and standards are completely different to western countries.
Amazing video and another great explore but if it as sketchy as you say ( wild dogs lizards spiders) why would you go alone? Not a criticism more a concern for your safety

Can I just make a comment I do enjoy your videos but if you're worried why put yourself in that danger just to make a video I personally wouldn't do it I'll be quite happy if you keep to what you normally do go around scrap yards there's plenty of scrap yards around Europe you could go around looking at cars I'm sure there are quite a few cars out there you even you still haven't found that a very very rare so you know hopefully next time you will go to scrapyard somewhere in Europe
I do want to make a comment you're in Thailand you got to be very careful of the snakes to be absolutely be honest with you you're braver than I would be I won't go searching and going into a property because you don't know if a police were to come along be the Explorer you know the thing is you're not in England and how do you explain it to the police I suppose you could obviously show me videos but you know it's still a risk and also looking at that komodo dragon keep well away from them .
