The first time I heard this song sung by Bon Iver was in the movie The Judge with Robert Duvall and Robert Downey, Jr. Touching scene brought tears to my eyes. I have both versions of this song by Bon Iver and this orchestra.

same lol (well, the first time i heard it in its entirety and it made me almost tear up which is unusual for me so i take notice when something does) i think that end scene without the song would have made it just a "meh" forgetful one for me. songs/soundtracks completely change movies for me though. especially emotional ones, whoo... music enhances my life (and thusly, even moreso life shown in films) sooo much - i can think of so many movies off the top of my head that i love specifically for their soundtracks, my bro thinks i'm crazy lol
