Not sure in this was part of the RP, but that baler should bale hay just fine, without wrapping them.

Home Farm is the gem in Court Farms. Not thight and narrow, just good and well planned. I like Home farm alot.
Surely you'll be able to manage the new farm as well, especially if Willy and Billy are able to help out!
I was under the impression that if the grass was turned into hay then the baler would not wrap the hay by default.
That is true. I believe FSG did it this way on purpose for the roleplay

Great series fsg if that baler is set up the same as the fastbale if you have tedded grass the wrapper turns off so no need for the second baler
You and Daggerwin who really seem to enjoy the role-playing bit. I wonder if it would work to do a viewer/fan submission for a story rough draft.
Outline the story so it's less work to think of, but lots of opportunity for improvisation.

Fantastic series. Great storylines. Court farms is due to go in testing for console I heard, this is great news for our MP server. Crossplay element of FS22 is by far the best addition to the game.

Just a thought, could you not just take on the farm manager position and just employ more drivers to do the contract work for you? That way you will still be running your contract business and also able to run the farm.
Great series so far FSG, loving that TW-15. if you take on the extra work it will be a good cover for winter when the contracting slows down, but don't bite of more than you can chew. maybe a good time to call up reinforces from New Zealand to move over to help manage the cows. as the cows are more work than you might think. give AG the farm house and you can build a nice log cabin on your land or something. get yourself a Land Rover Defender for getting around in and everything will be good.

Personally I think that is a splendid deal and idea. You could hire more workers, and if you could make a deal you get some regular income on top from the farm would be perfect
Ls22 have a very good trailed silage harvester a class jaguar 75 might come in handy for the new farm

That job does seem like a great opportunity. Also it gets you out of a cold caravan in winter. Maybe you could hire some staff for the contracting business, run the day to day while you make the big decisions. Or hire a Stockman at the farm, if you have the budget.

Be interesting to see if and how Home Farm pans out, I keep looking at basing myself there and since the update there's no need to fiddle with autodrive to avoid the tree on the way in, it's also a good location with a few routes around the fields and through gaps in the hedges to a large part of the map. I've only avoided it as the sheds are open and unless things have changed recently I tend to find things get a bit laggy unless I can use sheds with closing doors, that's the downside to using a clockwork laptop.
Such a great series. I love how you try to change your voice for the characters. Good job. I currently have a quick baler which wraps, but, if I use the tedder, it seems to know it’s hay, not grass, and won’t wrap. The Case baler/wrapper I had was the same way. It wouldn’t wrap hay or straw, only grass.
Yeah I knew that, I was just doing it for the story arc, plus actually having two balers may mean I'm able to do twice as many contracts

Awesome video as always, mate! Man, Davey might be a little prone to accidents, but he works so hard and makes the more perfect pole roundabouts 👌 He's a very nice asset to the company! I think you could handle the farm managing and your contracting company at the same time, as long as you delegate. A man can't duplicate! Also, keep an eye on Charles, I still don't fully trust him... 😒 and that Police Land Rover, is everywhere! They're watching you, man, so behave yourself and don't overspeed! Also, congrats on the new-old tractor, and man, that baler issue... Just take the foil out and let it think that it's wraping the bales! 😝 Hack the planet! 🤓 Stay safe man! And keep'em coming! 💪🚜
Great episode, really liked the beets montage, it was very well put together. I think you should take on Home Farm and just deligate more, maybe get a full time farm hand?
so if you will be managing the "The Home Farm", could you use the contracting machinery aswell for that? and if so, you should not buy any tractors, but maybe invest in a self propelled older Claas forager. And use that to grow maize and harvest the maize and also mow the grass first and pick it up with that machine so you could make silage out of that and than Willy could drive that... And ofcourse Davey could drive a tractor for transporting grass and if Billy stays he or you could drive a tractor for transporting or a tractor for clamping (?) the bunker...
Just some ideas....
and maybe also use the silage bales that you have for the cows and make haybales of your first grass field at the home farm so you can feed the cows straight on... also the second baler wasn't really necessary but I think you knew that aswell....
Lucky you know somebody who can do contracting if you do take him up on his offer. Double payday

You can turn the wrapper of on the combi baler
That was a mod in FS19. However, combi balers will not wrap hay or straw, and if they can bale 180cm grass, they cannot wrap them either.... there are ways and means ;)
Apologies if you have mentioned this before but do you pay the workers? Now you have 3 might be worth setting up a wage payment from the earnings. Just a thought. Love the series ❤

Are you sure about the Netflix intro (legally speaking?).
It’s all created from scratch by myself in after effects and the sound composed by my friend too so arguably no different to what Aldi do with their packaging. If it said Netflix that would obviously be different

If your doing hay you could of used the baler you had with the rapper on it would just spit out bales without rapping them and you wouldn't need to buy a second baler
