In this video, you can learn how to find accommodation in Canada. My roommate is moving from Condo to a Basement and also from sharing room to a private room.
The price of the basement is $600 per month including all utilities and laundry is paid which is located in the house itself.
In his perspective, getting a new room is quite hard in Toronto (GTA). Also, it depends on various aspects i.e., Your Budget, Location, Transit score (which is nearby to subway/bus stations), sharing/private room, etc.,
The address of the Townhouse basement as shown in this video is Waltham Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario M9V 1S6, Canada.
Etobicoke is located West of Toronto which is a part of the Greater Toronto Area. If the house is located within the GTA, definitely the rent price would be much more than usual. Because Toronto is the most expensive city in Canada. Also, it has a lot of opportunities for jobs.
