    Love your videos - went a little astray on this one as there was no written clarification on which ‘e’ you were discussing so I got confused. I’ll come back to it and it may be clear. No real idea what you mean when you say ‘e grave’ for example,

      I agree. Not everyone knows what a grave accent mark is compared to an regular accent mark. It would help if they had è, é, and e shown on screen as they are mentioned. And better yet, they should show all of the example words on screen. From what I can see, none of the Coffee Break language channels do that. I understand there is an advantage in hearing the words without seeing them (because it prevents applying English pronunciation out of habit) but at some point you must show the words. Image if you had a high school French class with no books and nothing was written on the blackboard.

    Why you pronounce er in English way! It’s so confusing. Name please the sound as from the French alphabet…
