What stove do you use when you are on these trips?
I've started carrying fresh fruits and vegetables because they don't need refrigeration. And there is something primal about that. It makes it easier to disconnect.
This is superb video content! Spectacular footage from a awesomely beautifully part of the country. Thanks you for sharing.
As always, so glad to be on this trip with you.
You can definitely tell the level of skills you've picked up over the years both with the filmmaking and motorcycle trips.
This episode was great. It highlights a common scenario I too experience, where the initial excitement/adrenaline of the trip has faded somewhat, and the reality of being on the road with a very different routine, sets in. It takes a few days to get into a groove, but once there, it's such a rewarding experience. Thank you for braving the elements and showing us a place many will never experience without the comforts of an air conditioned vehicle. Such a unique and beautiful place!
Sterling you truly are a master of your craft. Fantastic video. Looking forward to the next one Safe travels my friend
Couldn’t agree more!
I’m loving this series! Beautiful scenery, what a great ride you’re having!
Loved this one 👌.....Am currently planning another few tours both north of Scotland and Europe ....Watching your “Adventures” gives such inspiration to get out there ! Thanks for sharing your own Adventure .....🥰🥃🏴
Wonderful footage. Inspires me to stop and setup my own GoPro / phone to take more interesting shots. Thanks. Kam
Excellent episode, Sterling. It is very relaxing to watch and listen as you travel and wrap up the day of adventure. Thanks for taking us along!
Absolutely awesome- thank you so much for sharing 🙏🍀🤘😎
Oh man. Beautiful video. One of the best ones yet. Curious if you ran into any trouble finding the campsite in Alabama Hills. I have heard that there are a lot of new restrictions on camping in that area.
WOW! Kinda speechless here. Thanks for the incredible video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another cracking video put together so well, thank you! 👍🏼
I’m really digging the excellent desert footage as well as the break down of what camping gear you’re using and what’s for dinner.
THE BEST Channel... Always love the content you make thank you so much for all your hard work !
Always good stuff Mr S.. thanks 👍🏻
Fantastic Sterling. Looking forward to watching the next video.
Great stuff as always. Glad you got in some drone shots before you reached the park.
As always, fantastic video!
Definitely another great video! Can't wait for the next one. Stay safe and enjoy the ride.
I so much envy your life. Keep riding safe.
You checked off several of my bucket list sites in this video! Really appreciate your videos and your sharing of your knowledge and experience. Will be living vicariously through you until I get out there myself. Many thanks.
Thanks for sharing, great scenery and video footage, seems like a peacefull life.
Following your adventure! Great video. 🏆
Thanks for all the great tips for motorcycle camping and filming.
I enjoyed 100 % this episode. The scenery was awesome!
Death Valley is one of my favorite places on earth. The vastness, and beauty really put life in perspective. It's a motorcyclist paradise where you can get away and loose the grasp of time for a bit. Beautiful video Sterling. Thank you.
Beatifully executed filming, editing, image composition, grading... and a long etc‼️‼️
"M B" If I recall correctly. Stands for Martha Beckett. She was a ballerina and artist from New York. I had quite the conversation with her many years ago. The faces along the balcony are the likenesses of the people in the area that helped her restore the Opera House.
There are paintings that she did on the inside of the hotel that are incredibly three-dimensional.
I was extremely fortunate not only to photograph the works of, but to meet and converse with this incredible woman.
Rest In Peace Martha.
Outstanding editing! great video.
Wow, some people simply know how to live! "Awesome' doesn't begin to explain this video. I have a Death Valley trip planned in early April from Tucson... THX!
Sterling, what tires are you running? As well, what mileage did you get from them on this trip overall? Thx.
You is livin' my dream life man! :) Thank you so much for such wonderful content. I hope to attend the rally in Bisbee for 2024 if I can get the dates at six months prior. Please keep that in mind. Thanks.
Really enjoying this series...I always learn something from every video...thanks for sharing & stay safe!
The camera on the back together with the sound of the motorcycle in the twisties -- can't get any closer to actually being there ☺️👍
Another awesome series! Thanks, Sterling.
Question: what tires are you riding?
Many ol western movies filmed @ Alabama Hills. Museum of western film history in Lone Pine. Your channel has become my favorite follow.
Hello 🙋🏻♂️ great episode 😁🤝 Nice work 🎥
The story telling and the way you put it together is second to none….excellent as always Sterling..we are on this journey with you!!!
Great video! I really like that you go to some obscure and remote locations. You are an inspiration, thank you.

Excellent series! Thanks for taking me along on your motorcycle trip! This gives me something to watch and feel like I'm riding across the country while I'm really stuck at home during the winter months. Thank you!
Really enjoying this series! Thanks for posting. It's March 1 up here on the west coast of BC & the wx has been wet, slushy, snow = miserable. That sunset glow in the Alabama Hills looks pretty good to me! Cheers
words are small to describe your work epic video
thanks for the beautiful images , my dream is to come with my gs rallye and cross these roads .. a warm greeting from italy
I’ve been falling in love with these videos and just realised that I’ve already seen so much more of your work without even knowing it. Awesome! I’m german, so sorry for my english. And I’m currently travelling through South America with my Africa Twin. My plan is to cross the USA between May and July to head to the arctic circle. Would it bother you when I follow your path? It looks like a perfect route too the north.
Best regards, Jens!
Cool! Your English is perfect too :-) You can find all of the navigation information and maps on my website. Enjoy!
@@SterlingNoren Oh wow, that is a lot of work. Thanks for your effort! I will definitely enjoy this. 👍
Once again, amazing drone footage. We have many places like that here in Australia, will go there soon.
I met a German fellow on a rGS100 airhead in Saline Valley, who’d accessed Saline via Steel Pass in Eureka valley. He said he almost died trying to get over that pass. He was in the process of riding that air head around the world. Love your content!
That is called life and great adventure see you in the next episode
Your videos are once again breathtaking. In fact yours and Craig Ripley’s motorcycle adventures have become my Sunday morning treat.
Cool, thanks for the recommendation I will check that out.
hot springs would be so nice....on a tired sweaty body 👍💯
I have a heavy touring bike and would never try to tackle those dirt roads. I would never see that scenery unless someone like Sterling made the trip, filmed it, and published it. This series, like so much of Sterling's work, is phenomenal. And let's also recognize that it takes a combination of skill and courage to make a trip into these remote areas alone. I salute Mr. Noren!
Thank you Carl!
$35 to sleep on the ground - my #1 reason NOT to camp in campgrounds, followed by the noisy and obnoxious people you have to share them with :(
Every one of these gorgeous videos is such a treat. I want to watch them as soon as I see them but I try to wait until the end of my day so I can relax and enjoy the video with no interruptions, immersed in the journey with my full attention to every detail. Thank you for this inspirational series.
The best moto trip series I have ever seen! Thank you!
Wow, thanks!
Hello! Thanks for this beautiful video!
Your kitchen bag is awesome from where is it?
Good trip
Jo.
Adventure Tool Company in Colorado.
Awesome 👍😎 as always my friend. I think the same, when solo trip, no need to be in a hurry, take your time to enjoy more the resting place and hit the road looking for that particular special place.
Thanks 👍
Outstanding video quality and content
The clothes line, where was it tied on the other side? Great stuff as usual!!!!👍👌🏆🙏
Good question! On a crevice in the rocks I think.
That first place you were at “Tapoka” is where famous RUclipsr Wonderhussy lives.
Love the Death Valley/Lone Pine/Alabama Hills/Owen's Valley area. Spend 3-4 weeks a year there, camping and riding. Really like your content.
What a great channel I started at the end and am working through your adventure. Love your editing style and story telling your a master very much enjoying this content.
What month were you in Death Valley? Def. not summer I hope?
End of June I think is what he said in the first episode.
Fantastic one here man. I'm so glad you did this series here! Finally something decent to watch!! A+ on these man.
I enjoyed the kitchen tour! Man, you make some great looking food out there! I’m taking notes…lol.
America is beautiful , can we camp everywere? thanks for this video
Great series, beautiful scenery, can't wait for the next one!
Excellent work capturing and sharing your travels and vistas, thanks. 👍
Thanks again Sterling for your great video!! One question: How many miles do you make per day?
Awesome!!! Not much more to say
Amazing view ❤. I like your filming creative style . And I so understand you, the solo trips also the best for me. When I’m riding solo I can full relaxing and enjoying
The photography is amazing and beautiful from all directions and from the top with the motorcycle🤙🤙✨️
Particularly beautiful filming in this one! Hot springs and Alabama Hills!! Oh my!!
Killer series! 3:42 gas at $7.80/gal in CA. Crazy even for DV. Anytime I tried to p/up my 2014 GSA, I felt like I'd bend the handlebars. Maybe tougher than I thought. Joshua Tree in any recent videos? Loved those boulders and rock climbing.
Man, I'm surprised you didn't swing through Bakersfield to visit Buck Owens ole stomping grounds !! Just kidding. Marvelous work friend.
Aother great episode and a perfect spot to camp , thanks for sharing . Pete Western Australia
Awesome Death Valley, I love that place.
Nice vid.
Like your roaring boxer engine to.
Thanks for the ride.
Watching these episodes again. Makes me feel like I'm on a ride with ya. Did my first drone flight today. Hoping to add a new dynamic to my videos.
Thanks for the inspiration
Nice vid dude! Hey just a pro tip for a guy that might enjoy a great swimming hole in that part if the country. Sequoia National Park, southern entrance. California highway 198, east out of Visalia. Take it all the way into the park, once in the gate drive/ride 1/4 mile or so until you reach the first and only parking spots on your left. Park there. You should be across the street from two circular drainage ponds. Cross over the road to those ponds, follow the trail on the edge of the fenceline down over the edge of the ridge to the river. It's the central fork of the Kaweah River. Best swimming spot in a 50 mike radius. Upper waterfall dumps into a pool 30 feet deep. Surrounded by granite cliffs, narrowing into a 20 foot wide channel that eventually opens to a lower lagoon 60 feet across and 20 feet deep. There are multiple jumping points with perfect takeoffs into crystal clear green tinted water. Waters great by June. ABSOLUTELY worth your afternoon if you ever ride by, you'd kick yourself for skipping it. I've only ever uploaded 2 videos, on my channel, both are of these cliffs. Give them a peek if you want to see what your in for. Only about 40 seconds total. Stay safe bro.
I've been trough this place last year following the CABDR, really like mojave and death valley. Looking foward to return one day. I've fell in mojave with my bike head first in a little bush with berries, the smell was wonderful! Lol..
Iam watching your videos from India near Himalayas....I really love your vlogs.
Hi Sterling, when you use your Opinel, turn the "virolbloc" when it's open: it's a safety lock, and made for!😉
From Death Valley, weighing 299 pounds.. Teeeeeh.. Underrrrrrrrtakeeeeer
1 Corinthians 15:4
“And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures
John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Romans 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
Fantastic episode! Love the focus on riding and camping and btw - great photography. I feel like I am traveling with you.
FYI, (although you may already know this) just off the 190 going from Death Valley to the 395 is the site where U2 took the picture for the Joshua Tree. The tree is gone but there's still a memorial there.
Beautiful ride. One with the world. Done it many times. Some spectacular views with the changing light. One time in Death Valley it came a flood. The flowers came up and bloomed literally before my eyes. Hard to believe but a little water in the desert goes a long way. The valley leading to Lone Pine and on up to Bishop is a very beautiful trip. Then the lava fields. Home of Hop-a-Long Cassidy and Joe Kidd.
"People with generators and power tools make it difficult to do my work" says the rider of a $20k+ very high tech motorcycle. LMAO!
Ha....I drove up there...Alabama Hills. I thought it made a good camp as well but I stayed in the little town at the foot of the Alabama Hills. Made some great photos there...few RVs been parked up in that area as well.
Awesome... Subscribed to your channel 🌟
STERLING UR BEST .
Greetings from Belize🇧🇿🇧🇿
Fantastic quality of filming, nothing short of professional. How do you carry sufficient amount of water for remote camping?
Great episode. This is the best ADV Moto channel currently on RUclips. Thank you
One day ago? Info says 1day ago ...can't imagine it's hot in late February..

Had a chance to stay at the Amargosa in June 2019, very interesting place. I guess it closed soon after.
