yep. and to win the SMS events you have to kill the armada, which means you need the ship to get placed. or skip one event and then run 3 armadas for no reward just to complete SMS.
You need to tell players that it doesn't matter what crew you use unless you have the new ship. So this video doesn't help any of us that don't have that new ship.
@MajorSamo , I did some testing on Dominion solos, and Dajash, Toli, Byr did better than any other of my options for a 3rd crew. Only better options for a single ship were Chakotay or Sisko crews.
There is a loot research for the solo armada's. Much like the Stella. 15 levels ranging from 600%-10,000%. That makes the loot bonus from a loot crew useless.
I thought we had gotten past the 15 minute timer, uggg! Other than that, love the ship. Quick loop. Like the loot. Starting to rhyme so I better stop there.
Gwen for the win!! She is the absolute best with Sisko and O'Brian!!! Sourcing for Voyager crews. I suggest getting NX02 skin for the NX01, which doubles the number of officers you get from X-Borg officer pulls, which are voyager crew members...
Gwen is definitely a powerhouse in these armadas! I didn't include her simply because so few have her, but the logic all applies. More Shots/More Iso/Crits etc. are the way to go for power!

Chaos Tech has a "free to play" Refinary option where you get > ONE Random < shard BUT you need 200 hundred to unlock the Cannon and another 200 for Temporal Conduit + 150 Lute shard + 50 thought maker shards - this will take A LONG LONG TIME yes , there is a chance for a full unlock ... but 99,9% of us will never see that you better get that new ship to improve you odds 😑

Event store loot is definitely disappointing. 40k after a full week of events??? By all means if they add more currency and things to the store that's great, but they've gotta be better than this to begin with. This month is the two year anniversary of the month where I got 1.4million event store loot f2p btw, just for comparison.
In my testing, Miles doesn’t work any better with Chakotay than another Voyager officer giving synergy. My best armada crew was Chakotay, Janeway, Seven. Now that I have Gwen, my best crew is Chakotay, Doctor, Gwen. I’m not sure why Doctor is so much better in that pairing than he was with Janeway or Seven, but the results have been consistent.
For solos sure. You can run the groups as long as 1 person has the new ship. I did a few with my alliance today. I was the only person with the new ship and we easy won them.
@@RevDeuce ill check again, but yesterday morning i was running e pic and 5 on side , got the loot from the mada, switched crews used sisko crew, got same loot,what am i missing here?i do mean the madas themselves and not the hostiles, thanks
Too right the arc store loot is horrendous they really are sticking a big 🖕to the f2p community, I’m sure some excuse will come out sooner or later always does
All this jabbering and tech talk. How about run this crew for this tier/lvl ship for best results starting out and this crew for best results at the other lvl armadas. Focus on this research and forb tech or chaos tech etc. Your almost 15-minute video could be cut down to less than say 7 minutes. This game is not strategy or tactics it's math. Crew plus ship plus research plus tech plus buffs equals success. And basically, it comes down to how much you spend. F2P if they started in Jan of 2024 probably would not be remotely capable of playing this content.

You need at least one SSR in the group version so they can possibly carry the team to victory. Everyone else will die.
This video can also be referenced later when the ship starts being available for F2P.

I came here to say this. So much new stuff comes out for this game. You really need to lead with the simple basics. Can’t run without the new ship.

I'm rocking Dajash/Tolli/5 with BLT and Masriad below decks and hitting level 46 3.1's. Way more loot than the regular level 50 3.0. Sneaky sneaky!

my sisko and miles are t2 and C Kira is t3 i agree great sourcing for them and miles has warp speed i agree they are easy to source

I believe it gets better when you have the ship and tier it up. I can't confirm it as I don't have the ship, but the buckets seems to indicate it.

Also, Scopely mods are telling some players that the armadas are broken beyond Toli etc and we shouldn’t run them at all. I ran 4 today, 2 bugged out.

chakotay/miles/janeway and BD paris and doc while Cerritos buffed

What's your loot research at? what's your crews and iso damage researches? Did you scrap at T5 already?
