Welcome to the Flock Devin. Let's go. 💜 💜🏈🏈💜💜
I love this dude seems mad humble and go watch his tape speaks for itself
This kid is unbelievable, I watched him in ‘21 before he transferred throw almost 40 touchdowns..
go pack baby
Welcome to the ravens Devin
This Marine welcomes you to the Ravens.
Semper Fi
Seems like a really nice guy. Excited for him and the Ravens.
Did you guys see those throws? He can fling it. .😊
But not anything over 40 yards.
@@jamesperryii9994bro what you talking about? Lmao he has one of the strongest arms in the draft. At combine he threw 60mph and Milton threw 62 and McCarthy threw 61. Anything 60 ans higher is considered a very strong arm
Looks like a great teammate
Welcome to Baltimore Delvin 🐦⬛💜
That’s his Bmore name lol
@@joshuariston2924we gon call em dev rock 🪨
Was unsure why we drafted a QB, but after this Interview and hearing his excitement won me over. Tee Martin do your magic. Qb2 of the future
Happy for you man welcome to Baltimore
Bro has me smiling on the other side of the phone at my desk. Love to hear someone this appreciative and up for the challenge
Welcome to the flock🐦⬛💜🖤
Welcome to the Ravens Flock Devin! 🐦⬛ Gotta love a guy that expresses such gratitude and wants to be here!! I get dossapointed watching the draft announcers when we r always in the mix with such a winning record and team mindset yet they ( announcers) never seem to focus on our picks or us..Go Ravens! 🖤🏈💜
Love his energy and excitement!
You can tell the reporters are ready to call it a day 😂😂
Stop projecting
For a sec I thought this was Austin Theory from WWE
lol definitely looks like him
🤣🤣
For real 🤣 😂
Great kid!
Dennis leary nephew
Damn I wanted the Panther’s to draft him!!! He’s Solid! Great Poise! Ravens going in a different direction now???
He's gonna be a backup quarterback since Tyler Huntley left, and malik is training to be a wr instead.
Humble guys seems to be blessed and happy just to be picked and meet Lamar Jackson
Welcome to the flock Devin 🐦⬛💜
Welcome to Flock Nation, Devin! 💜🖤💜🖤💜🖤
Coulda got Brenden rice at 218 and a better qb in Michael Pratt but good draft overall. This guy looks like a great person
I don’t see what was up with the Raven’s blatant refusal to draft Brenden Rice. They could’ve drafted him over anyone we had passed the 3rd round
@@PessimisticRavensFammassively disagree there. Walker is a better receiver prospect, Tampa is a significantly better prospect (was expected to go 2nd round) at a position of constant need, Ali’s a better RB than Rice is a WR (and we need the cover more at RB, with Keaton recovering from injury), and clearly teams did not rate Rice very highly, as every single team passed on him multiple times, and he fell to the 7th. He’s the Thaddeus Moss of this draft, his name shot him far further up media draft-boards than any team remotely rated him. Though that said, I’ve just seen your username and realised this could be a bit, but if not just cheer up a bit
Welcome to the Flock
There’s no way bro first
He got a lil swagger to him he might be QB2 or QB3 better the season 🤔
Since im a UK Fan and watched him play, i can give you the pros and cons of him. (Gonna be honest here and say that though im glad the Ravens got a UK player, im surprised he was there option. I was hoping for either another lineman or receiver was better, but here we are).
Pros:
>He can handle pocket preasure well and get a really good pass off while the pocket shrinks.
>He has great touch on short and medium range passes (stats implies that he is not accurate, but a good chuck of the incomplitions were dropped passes but recievers, especially early in the season).
>hes good at faking the defense with his vision and handoffs which allows the play to develop for the key reciever.
>he leads the recievers pretty well which can give them time to adjust.
Cons:
>His right shoulder (throwing side) injury during his senior year at NC State cost him his arm strength, so he struggles throwing over 40 yards. (I believe he only completed 2-3 40+ yard throws where the reciever caught it over 40 yards).
>He is pretty much a pocket passer and not rwally mobile, which could help in his unpredictablity to run for yards against man coverage, though he isnt fast or agile to juke a defender.
>he is relatively short for his position. So he can get laid out by opposing defenders.
>not only is he injury prone in his right shoulder, he did have a leg injury in his sophomore year.
Overall, he is a decent player who will only serve as a backup till his contract expires. I don't know why we got him over another possible lineman or defensive player, but here we are.
Dang so that injury really messed him up that sucks
He's from Gloucester township New Jersey not Gloucester, England. Maybe you know something I don't. Hope he stays healthy and hope the competition motivates Malik and Josh.
@@richstrobelUK in his comment isn’t United Kingdom it’s University of Kentucky lol
@@richstrobelyeah sorry. I say UK for the university of kentucky because I went there and that's what we say
@@darrentorain6278yeah. When UK was looking for a QB, I wanted graham Mertz because he would have time to develop and not be held back by injury.
Finished 6th in Trevor Law and Justin fields stacked elite 11 class
Finally my team drafted a NC. STATE Wolfpack player
🤔🥱
Josh Johnson and Malik Cunningham will make the roster over him
Cunningham is gonna change positions and Josh Johnson will be emergency 3rd qb since teams can keep an extra now due to the 49ers game
Y we getn these cars for kids n St Jude make a wish picks whatever man I'm going back to church on Sundays Go Ravens 😢
This pick is mind boggling!!!! So we wasted time getting Cunningham when we could have gotten an o-lineman that WASN’T INJURED????? …..(yet we drafted one that was)….RIDICULOUS
Should of got Xavier weaver instead tbh
Didn't love this pick but if developes n2 a solid backup then it's a pick well used. I think cam newton would be amazing backup for Lamar if he could accept the roll snd keep his mouth shut
BS
This makes zero sense.
it made complete sense, we needed a backup
We only have Josh Johnson as our back. How does it not make sense?
Casuals man. Lol
Guess who our back up is.
Old Josh Johnson is the only back up. We gonna get another but they planned for him to be a good back up in monkens system. We don’t need a qb who runs anymore, it’s just a nice thing to have.
Trash pick! SO WE GOING TO IGNORE BEST PLAYER AVAILABLE.
Ravens just have not done enough to put WR around Lamar. Even there 1 rd picks are questionable
Need a qb behind Lamar Johnson damn near 40 Huntley gone
@@edc9209we already have Malik Cunningham
@@trueson5351it’s crazy how we as supporters could’ve made better picks than these guys
Worse pick of 2024.
Not even close
Hell no Falcons getting Penix was so dumb
@@darrentorain6278 true!
That quarterback pick is ridiculous dude has nothing to offer this team could of had brendan rice Jerry rices son major disappointment with a horrible pick as a quarterback why we have 3 on roster what are you doing wasn’t even best available someone is drunk
After seeing Rice film it makes sense why he fell he looks stiff and slow
Brendan Rice isn't very good. You are putting the name above his talent.
If u think Brendan rice would do anything for this team your delusional he dropped for a reason he’s not good enough to make a impact on anyone’s roster he’ll be buried in the bottom of the depth chart
Stop going off name hype every QB room has 3 QBs we only had 2 so we drafted a young guy who can develop as a good backup maybe after Josh retires
I’m pretty sure we now have 4 quarterback on ravens 2024 roster and I saw separation if he has anything Jim hat bough and Justin Herbert will get production out of him we shall see I wish we could just draft well on wide receiver once I was hyped for Myles Boykin and devin duvenay and we don’t develop them they leave the team
