Thanks nabz I never knew that...in Kenya we have only 4 cities and inorder for a town to become a city it must meet five obligations inorder to become a city

I hear this is the city that was captured by TANZANIAN DEFENSE FORCES in 1979 when Nyerere was the president and forced IDDI AMIN to run 😂
