My wife and I made 6 of these with your recipe they were absolutely outstanding ! There is not one thing I would change in this recipe I am actually going to make 18 more in a few minutes I bought the same molds they work great.
My little brother and i just made these with 2% milk and 100% dutch cocoa powder. We think they came out very nicely. Its a bit crystally, like water crystals, but i think its because we used 2% milk and not whole milk. I give this a 9/10 recipe Because its easy to follow and it is simple enough for my 10 year ood little brother to basically make them on his own with my supervision.
I am addicted to fudgsicles (sp?) but it's so hard to get them delivered when I want them (which is every day lol) I just ordered some popsicle molds and I can't wait to try these......they look so good and easy to make..... Thank you!!!!!
Hi Matt! Thanks so much for making these fudge popsicles! I am so excited to try them tomorrow! My mom and sister made it together, and I think we are going to love it! I am making it right now, and it looks so good already! Thanks again!
Hi mat followed your ingredients and d8rections to the T, right down to the molds except 8 ch8se g4een but that pink is so pretty as well i might have to get them hehehe. Anyway they were the BEST fudgicles i ever had. So good in fact i literally just made them again so i have to wait to have one or 6 hahaha. Thanks so much for the great video
Hi! I couldn't say, sorry, I haven't tried making this with any sugar substitutes. Give it a shot! Experimenting in the kitchen is fun, plus this recipe is extremely cheap to mess around with.
Peace be with you! Bless your very spirit for the video! I was wondering, where do you get your little ladle at? I use to have one from Walmart's, but do not have it anymore for 3 years after I moved out of my ex-domestic partner and Walmart's no longer carries it.
mmm that is a good question, give it a shot and let me know how it turns out I think it would work!! I actually used 1% milk. I think using whole milk too would change it up a bit.
Hi Matt! I just watched your fudgesicle video and went looking for the link to the molds you referenced but didn't find it. Would you share that link with me? Thanks in advance.

Tip: If you mix the cocoa and sugar together and mix it with just enough water to moisten it, the cocoa will blend easily with the milk. A couple tablespoons of water should do it, and that won't really affect the mix at all.
That's how my mom used to make chocolate milk. We always had cocoa because she liked to bake, so we just mixed a teaspoon of cocoa with 2 teaspoons of sugar and a little water to make a paste. Add the milk and no store chocolate milk could compare!
Hello! Down in the description box I list the ingredients. :) It was normal milk, you can use whole milk or 2%. I guess it varies on what country you live in. Here the the States we have whole milk, 2%, 1%, Skim, etc. But not it isn't whipped milk or cream.
@@inthekitchenwithmatt they're sweet buns that get a coffee "glaze" while it's baking. It's kind of a mess to make, but sooooooo good... Check Mama Rotis RUclips page :)
Leave it in there longer. Check the setting on your freezer, if you can set it to be even colder you can do that. Lots of times they are set to the middle setting, which isn't the coldest setting.
@@buddythefluffyshihtzu7977 Ahh, so it depends on where you live. In the UK corn flour is the same as cornstarch here in the US. But not in the States, we have cornstarch and cornmeal here. Can you use Dutch prossesed coca powder?
It may work the same, that isn't as common here in the States. I haven't tried these with Dutch processed. I assume it will be fine.

Is cornstarch needed? Or can there be a substitute ?
Hello, Halle, there are a handful of substitutions you can try: flour, arrowroot, potato starch, tapioca, and even instant mashed potato granules.
The corn starch is a thickener, helps to make them creamier.
Thanks bunches 🍭
