Mine shows a clock on the original ntg screen and there’s no audio coming out I have ami entry

Because you have chosen "Car Without OEM Monitor" in android factory settings, not choose it, Clock will disapear. Your car has AMI input, need to connect it for audio sound.

The camera still connect 12v ever…. The commutation is internal ( can bus) not necessary rele 12v

Phone connect other device via bluetooth , not only android screen , so sound is transfered to others ,please check the phone bluetooth connection lists,clear all, and reconnect android screen only.

How to connect with apple?

Connect screen to iphone via Bluetooth first, then choose "Zlink" , or Phonelink on menu, it will enter into apple carplay.
